Best Install Technician I have ever seen

I have come across many technicians over our 77 years but this man was very efficient, respectful, courteous, professional, and made sure we knew how to operate the soundbar before leaving. He even said we could contact him if we had any problems! Now That's Customer Service!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As the TV I bought did not have output connectors for my 20- year-old-CARVER receiver, I ended up having to purchase a new receiver. They came and wired it. But the set it up as they thought best and it is way too complicated for me. I do not need to be able to launch nuclear missiles in South Dakota from my receiver. I just wanted to turn on the TV and turn on the receiver and watch and listen--like previously. But the easier iteration apparently requires another HDMI cord which they did not have. Now it has to be rescheduled with an unclear time frame.
