The agents hooked up our new sound bar and mounted our TV. As always, they did an excellent job -- very professional and personable.

The installers were polite, answered all my questions and set sound level to what i needed. Could not have set this up on my own.

Our audio set up was very complicated since we wanted to use both our sound bar and also our new headphones for my husband whose hearing is diminishing. This Geek Technician, David, was amazingly skilled and very patient!! We previously had tech savvy friends come over who just couldn't solve the problem. But David insisted that there was a way to set it up and he worked really hard trying many options, for a long time, until he found the perfect solution!! We were so thrilled and we now silently thank David each time we are enjoying our new TV with perfect sound!
