The agents connected the TCL 75 series 8 to my Onkyo receiver. Connection via HDMI simple enough. I have pre 4K receiver with PlayStation 5 direct to 4K TV. Using return channel (ARC) on HDMI without video makes receiver setup complicated. Reading the instructions beforehand, explains they don't perform complicated configuration setups. Would have skipped the cost of this in my case if I'd have realized this ahead of time.

The sound bar was not acting up when Tom was here. I recoded on phone and he came back. He reset settings. Still acts up but less time. Was going on for hours now minutes.

We were called and given a time window. Technician called to let us know he was on his way. Arrived in timely manner. Installed sound bar and explained how it works. He was pleasant and did the job correctly.

I had the Geek Squad in my home to mount 3 TVs. The technician was professional courteous and knowledgeable. I have The Geek Squad Total Tech service and was supposed to receive a discount for TV mounting. When it was time to pay I had to spend an hour on the phone trying to get the billing correct because this is a new pilot program and no one knew what was going on. The person who set up the service when I called did not bill it correctly and they were charging me over $500 when it should have been only $150. Throughout all of this the technician remained professional and courteous. After a little more than an hour they finally got the bill correct. The service would have received 5 Stars if not for the mix up. Overall I was satisfied with the service, but annoyed with the billing confusion and wasted time.

The technician connected the soundbar to my tv. I needed his service, because I needed to control the volume from the app on my phone. My remote did not support the soundbar. I would never have figured that out on my own. The $100 charge was worth every cent!
