I bought my dream system Sony 75` TV, cabinet, & surround sound system, Sony DVD playyer spending over 6.000.00 on it! I have had the Geek squad out to my house 8 times as the D.T. surround system rear speakers will not stay linked to the system and has to be linked by a G.S. tec. I have had to buy service contracts on all my components to cover the fees. All The Geek Squad tec`s have been Great it is just time consuming to have to have this many service call and I know this will have to continue! The speakers themselves sound awesome they just will not stay linked. TV is 4K and perfect! As well as the Sony DVD player!

Jim set up our new sound bar and had to come back because sound bar had to be returned because it was not working. Then he had to come back and set up new one he was very helpful with all my questions.Hw made sure very was hooked up and working be he left

The Geek Squad providers hooked up the television and sound bar , got the whole setup working and the system works well. Satisfied.

Service on time and completed with any problem. That's all.

I was especially impressed with the responsiveness of the total tech team who arrived at my home promptly to do a complete the sound bar installation. They not only successfully installed the unit, but provided value-added service to eliminate one of my remote controls bycan consolidating my Roku remote to include the Sunbrite television operation! I'm most pleased with total tech service.

The man was patient and understanding with me. I did not hear him call my phone because it was charging in another room. He came back later to install. I will say, though, that he was reluctant to move all the equipment where it should be because it meant taking the straps off the wires that were already there, and restrapping them. Eventually, he decided to do it because there was no other way around it. He did not show us how to work the remote.

The geek squad did a wonderful job as usual... I definitely recommend them for all your install needs.

The Bose Sound Bar ended up not being installed and was returned. Our current system is just as good as the one we purchased (per the installers).

Geek Squad successfully installed our opti-cable and EDMI cable as we requested. They were on-time and efficient. We were kept apprised of their ETA.

The original sound bar did not work but another one was ordered and Jose from the geek squad brought it and set it up

I wans't going to but a sound bar until I heard this one at the store. When my TV and sound bar arrived, Geek Squad set it up for me and I am amazed at the exceptional sound quality. Definatly worth the price.

The guys set up my soundbar and made sure everything was perfect along with education is on the use of our soundbar. They were patient and so professional.
