I purchased the sound bar connect to hook up my new av-reciver to my new 75" tv. After they install the tv mount it on the wall ran the HDMI to our system they went over how to turn on my new gear. The set up was that easy made sure that after they left I knew how to turn it on use the products and best overall went over it a few times just to make sure I understood the new equipment that I now have in my family room. We did a room calibration test for my 5.2 home theater and I was very excited to be able to watch movies and game on our new home theater.

Not thinking we actually needed a sound bar we bought one after listening to our Best Buy sales person. Oh my gosh.....are we ever glad we did. What a huge difference for us and especially for the "guy" of the house who only has hearing in one ear and wears a hearing aid. This has made a huge difference for him. Thanks to the great sales personnel at Best Buy, we always listen and this time really listened and what a life changer this Bose soundbar is. We also got the universal remote installed and life is definitely good. Thanks Best Buy!

After a failed attempt from a third party provider, the official Geek Squad showed up, saved the day, and got the surround sound working with all of my devices. Thanks guys!

The representative that came to our home was respectful and very knowledgeable. He was able to replace our sound system and show us all the ins and outs of the products. He cleaned up all the boxes a debris and let my home looking like it did before he arrived. Would definitely recommend service installation from Best Buy

The team installed my new sound bar and subwoofer. They took the time to make sure I knew how to use the remote and how to relocate the subwoofer, if needed.

The technician gave me a quick update on use of sound bar and discovered woofer was not connected to Wi-Fi. He reconnected the speaker and the system is now working great.

The guys from Geek Squad did a bang-up job installing all my TVs and the Sonos system. They were efficient and made no mess with the install. I loved the service.

This service is great especially if you can’t fit your new tv into your car. And they set it up for you too and remove your old one and all of the packaging.

The Geek Squad workers set up our TV from right out of the box. They also installed speakers in the wall (3) and ceiling (2) and set up the components with our new receiver and 4K Blue-ray DVD player. They showed us how to use the remotes (we didn't get a universal remote this time around) and how to turn on, turn off, and navigate through the menus. Everything was set up before they left so that we felt confident we knew how to run everything. This is the second time over the years that we have used the Geek Squad to set up a home theater. Both times we had a great experience with them.
