The Geek Squad agents mounted my sound bar after I moved my residence. This was a quick and easy process, completed by two professionals.

We had never used the Geek Squad for any problems previously, but we certainly will in the future. Logan called to advise of his arrival time, was prompt, courteous and efficient. He asked us questions about how we wanted things to operate in the media room as he was installing the new sound bar and made suggestions about the remote we were also purchasing to make sure we bought the one that would work best for us. Once he was assured that everything was working correctly, he then "trained" us on the new remote, making sure we knew how to use it, since it replaced several other remotes. He even took the old receiver for disposal for us. It was a great experience and one we would surely use again.
