Geek Squad agent hooked up multiple components and speakers to my big screen TV at new home. And did it cleanly and neatly, and explained to me clearly how to use everything.

This was done at the same time as they set up our new TV. They went through all the steps with us and explained what they were doing and answered all our questions along the way. They took their time to make sure we understood. The is was one of the best experiences we have ever had with service technicians.

hey what can you say... the Geek squad guys brought my TV to my door, installed it on the wall and even connected my sound bar to my set. I mean they did it all and all I had to do was watch... THEY ARE GREAT! Oh ya... they even connected my Roku box to the tv too and were here less than an hour or so. I use the Geek Squad every time I need help with my computers and they have even helped me with wifi problems so if you aren't a member yet you really need to join the Geek Squad!!!
