The agent installed my sound bar, letting me know what was taking place every step of the way. He even went the extra mile, cleaning the area around the TV of loose wiring (TV, cable, etc). He also explained other options that could be tried to improve the sound for me. I am 75 yrs old and hearing impaired, so this meant alot to me.

I recommend purchasing a Sound Bar, Sonos to all that buy large TV's as the sound is remarkable. Geek Squad put the Sound Bar under hanging TV and it looks and sounds great.
