less hassel

I did this because I wanted my Sony 65" 4K ultra to sound like it is supposed to. I wasn't disappointed. The geek squad was on time as usual and did the install with ease. My patience was not tested and it took the stress away. The guy knew his stuff and explained why he was doing things a certain way. He had my system calibrated and running in know time. He programed the remote settings for the best results. I did take some notes so when he was gone I wouldn't have any problems. Last but most important, he gave me his card and said if anything came up to just give him a call.
