Great service

The Geek Squad came in and did an excellent (and quick ) job, and made it look easy. And I have not had any issues whatsoever with the system since. I don't know why anyone would choose to install a complicated system themselves, and not have the Geek Squad do it, particularly given the relatively inexpensive cost associated with the service. What I paid was well worth not having the aggravation I know I would have experienced had I chosen to tackle the installation myself . . . .

Good job, but minor mistake

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agents were able to get my audio set up, but a minor error was using an outlet that is connected to a wall switch so if that switch was off, the audio did not work. The switch was on when they set it up so I didn't realize this until a few days later and was initially confused as to why my surround sound speakers only worked periodically. A new agent was sent out to trouble shoot the issue, but he wasn't experienced enough to determine the problem rather a friend was able to figure it out. Good job on the initial set up, but not so great for the agent who was sent out to troubleshoot the error.
