Victor and Team were awesome again with wall mounting and two sound bars installations.

The Geek Squad recommended mounting the soundbar to the TV instead of putting it on our console and I’m so happy I had them do it. I love that the sound follows the direction the TV is turned to so that we can clearly hear it when in another room

We wanted a low cost sound bar to help my wife hear better. This did the trick.

The guys who set up my sonos speaker were very professional and did an amazing job making the product look clean and was able hide all the wires. Love it!!!

We were immediately impressed that he entered our home wearing shoe covers.He also respected our home by not spreading the packaging all over the room and he did not leave the mess with us. My wife and I are senior citizens. While we have some experience with technology, we are not as up-to-date as we’d like to be. The Geek patiently walked us through the steps of using a new system, more than once. By the time he left our home we had enough workIng knowledge to enjoy our new entertainment devices. We appreciate the service and support provided.

My worst experience with the soundbar that I had purchased yes they did come and install it but i am still having trouble with it. The soundbar does not come on at the same time as the TV like it should. I keep on telling them it is because my TV has an EARC connection and the soundbar is ARC and it is not that compatible but no they tell me I'm wrong, they say it will work but when I did my research yes it will, but your will not get the full effect of an erac you will get noise. I am a good paying customer, and they cannot exchange this for me to me this is bad service. oh and another thing is that I chatted with geek squad and supposedly the chat agent was going to put notes so that they could exchange it for me and when i got to the store they told me "we don't have access to that" then why have us chat if the store is not going to have access to that. I will attach a picture, i also have videos if they want to see which i highly doubt because they don't understand, the money that was spent completely down the drain ($400.00 PLUS THE INSTALATION SERVICE). I AM NOT A SATIFIED CUSTOMER AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was an installation and calibration of a new Pioneer elite receiver into my home theater setup and the technician did an excellent, thorough job.

My large screen tv was mounted and it was connected to all of my devices. It was done quickly and properly

I would not have known how to hook up the sound bar I would have no clue and then I would be frustrated so it was better to pay them to do it and it was well worth it because I knew they would have to stay at my house and get it all done and help me learn how to use it. I don’t like having issues and problems so I would rather pay somebody that knows what they’re doing and make them stay there until I fully understand how to do it and they did that with patience and kindness

Agents checked out all equipment for continued use, replacement & updating. Items ordered, but there are issues regarding product availability & installation schedules that need to be resolved. Initially advised all items were available & in stock, as advertised, but then told that items would not be available until October, 2020. This is unacceptable because sale notices received from 8/12 thru 8/15 indicate all items are available for purchase. Agents were courteous, professional & valued my business & time.

Completely delighted with the installation of the sound bar. Tech was wonderful. I will continue to use the Geek Squad. They are well worth the money.

Nice people with good knowledge of product. Nut still had issues when setting this product up. Were great with their cleanup but could not fine the remote to this product after they left. Nice that they had put an app on my phone which helped but menable instructions about how to use it.

The sound bar is a big improvement to the quality of sound in our large family room without having to turn it up so high.

We have had a total tech membership with Geek Squad for several years now. I don't think we could do with out it. Their assistance in setting up our new TV was terrific. Quick, easy, efficient, and done be a really great, personable technician. I also recently purchases a new computer, and my wife has had some issues with her new computer. Geek squad service in person, over the internet and on the phone has been great. All problems fixed by technicians that were competent and easy to communicate with, as well as being patient.
