The tech removed my old sound bar and installed the new one in a timely manner. Also provided some very helpful tips for use of additional electronic devices and guidance on how to change settings. The tech was very professional acting performing his duties.

Agents were informative and answered all questions. Stephanie and other Team member took time to explain how to get maximum sound out of the SONOS sound system. Walk us through how to manage the sound through the SONOS app. Excellent service from Stephenie and co team member. Very caring and did not rush.

Garrett Heins came to install my sound bar. He was amazing and a real delight to come. He did a great job and came across some difficulties but managed to overcome them. For being only 23 years old, he is most smart. I would give him 10 stars out of 10 stars. He was professional and really a sweetheart.

Daniel, Constantin and Chad are TOP Professionals. Polite!!! Professional!!! and Knew Their Business. They did a awesome job. Made it simple for the wife and I to use. Extremely safe and considerate during this COVID experience. We cannon Thank Them Enough. Need to order another device and will order from Best Buy "only" if I can get these young men. the sound bar was mistakenly not the correct one.They explained it to me and i was able to return it and get what was needed with the TV

The Geek Squad installed my soundbar and it sounds great. They have not yet finished installing the wireless headphone I bought along with the soundbar. There's still one minor problem after four weeks. The back speakers are in the wrong places. The wireless back transmitter needs to be in the back corner, with the speakers on either side, about 10-12 feet away from the transmitter. The installers told me they didn't have a wire long enough for one speaker and I needed to buy a wire. I went to Best Buy and the audio dept. told me they just need to move the transmitter and one speaker. I need to schedule that. Also the wireless headphone still needs to be connected.

The guys arrived on time and w/in short time had the sound bar up and running. We had also requested for them to help finish set up of our Nest thermostats and they did that. They were helpful and thoughtful and never made a snarky remark about us being inept at technology (which I readily admit we are). They also gave us helpful advice about using the Nest system.

The first time a tech came to repair the sound bar, it worked while they were here, but the next morning it was no longer working. I scheduled another tech to come out. He was excellent! It has been working just great since then. I think the young man's name was Keith or Keven? African American with a beard. He was professional, polite, friendly (which we appreciate!), and explained what he was doing. He deserves a raise!

The very informative two gentlemen where the Best, they made sure everything was centered and the put everything up for me, mounted everything and the surround sound set up perfectly.

The geek squad showed up on time, I had already set up my new home entertainment system, They checked out all the connections, showed me some tricks. They were great to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. They even corrected the language on a new 4K CD that I had some how changed to Chinese. LOL. First time I've used the geek squad but it won't be the last. Highly recommend them.

I used the Geek Squad to set up my new LG Soundbar. Fi you are doing on your own it is pretty straight forward. However I had recent knee surgery and it was lot easier watching versus trying to bend my knee! Jamar was terrific and had it set up and operating in no time, He then reviewed the settings, control and operation with me . Nice sound and easy to operate.

The two gentlemen did a nice job of installing the sound bar. They were on time and efficient in their use of time. They listened to my concerns and set the bar up accordingly. They were also polite and personable.

The technician from the Geek Squad help us again for the third time to make out tv and sound bar work properly. He moved the sound bar in a way it would allow the eye of the tv work properly. Still at least once or twice a day the tv and sound bar turn off by themselves. We’ve spent a lot of money at your store , this is ridiculous that this issue can’t be resolved. Everything was working fine before we bought the new sound bar. We have an LG tv working perfectly with a Bose sound bar. Bought the new sound bar and all these turning off by itself continues. Any suggestions will be appreciated

Great value and great sound for the money. Very easy to use. We bought this for our TV because we can also play a phone through it with blue tooth. We were able to avoid a second set of speakers. The geek squad did the set up, and they were terrific. They whole experience was terrific. It's perfect for a medium sized space.

Geek Squad came out to reconnect my Samsung sound bar. I had lost connection with my remote for sound control (mute, volume). They reconnected my remote and now I am able to hear more clearly the TV sound.

The third party delivery service had improperly installed the unit and it was not safe, but GEEK SQUAD came in and corrected the issue.

I returned it , but geek squad was readily available. I’m impressed ! It was not necessary for the good sound bcz the TV was high quality .

They did a great job in setting up the sound system but was not able to control with the remote I have to use my phone to control the sound but the sound is great.

Tech disconnected existing sound system and installed the soundbar in no time. He renamed everything to be easily identified and walked me through all the new processes. Took the trash with him, so no sign ge was even tbere - other than a grwat sounding, easy to use system!
