Glad I bought a sound bar to go with me new TV. Sales person was great and offered me the right option for the size of my room. Great price too.

The Geek Squad rep reassembled my theater in my home in no time at all. He also installed a new fire stick which works great.

My husband and son took 3 days trying to get our Bose soundbar connected to our Epson projector. The Geek Squad took 20 minutes and it was connected.

They did a great job setting up our receiver. They were very professional exact with getting it set up to our liking.

These guys just plain old rock. My first time owning a legitimate AV system based home theater so I wanted it installed professionally, Corey was answering questions I didn’t even know I had all the while being neat and mindful of cable management and placement. I used them previously to mount my tv and was impressed enough to return, even if you know what you’re doing it’s just nice to pay the cost of convenience and in this situation it’s been extremely valuable to me far greater than the cost. Thank you Corey and team.

Well where would I start? After purchasing a 100" Samsung and their best soundbar I was told soundbar will need to be picked up by me, or it will be returned, 76 miles round trip, by me. Installation team was a "no-show, no-call,no-refund"!!!!!?? At the time of writing this, I'm preparing to drive to get refund owed to me. I'm contacting Best Buy and Samsung corporate as well as the Better Business Bureau. Geek squad management not not only dropped the ball they lost it, not sure they even realize they are on a team. Oh there's no way to contact the store by phone. I pretty sure I know why!!!!

Connecting the sound bar to the TV was a great idea and works very well since the TV has a wall mount.

Great service, very knowledgeable technician. He went above and beyond to make sure that I understood how to use the product and he was able to link my cable TV remote to turn all components on and off at the same time. Fabulous. And to know that they’ll come out to help you with something, even if you didn’t get it from Best Buy, priceless!

The technicians hooked up my system (TV with sound bar/sub) in record time then took all the time we needed to be sure we knew how everything operated. They did not "talk down" to us and acted as if there was no place they would rather be than help us with our new "toys". We were absolutely blown away by their product knowledge and their patience with all our questions. They performed well beyond our expectations! Kudos to the Geek Squad.
