The Best Buy Geek Squad is Awesome!

Came to our house and set up our new TV, hauled off the old one, set up the sound bar and made sure everything was in perfect working order! Highly recommend this service!

The guys hooked things up fine. After a few days we noticed that the sound didn't sync with the lip movement of whomever was speaking, so we called Geek Squad to see if there was something we could do to fix it. They set up an appointment for in-home fix which took place a couple of days later. They knew exactly how to fix it. THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD!!

The knowledge of the team was great. They actually sold me on other solutions (that i purchased), while performing the install. This is definitely a benefit they should keep under thr total tech program and not charge extra.
