Fantastic!

They took apart my old system pieces and put in new ones that made the system much more efficient and able to handle up-to-date technology. They were so friendly and explained what they were doing during the installation, and always asked for my preferences. They were on time for their appointment and cleaned up all the packaging before they left. Best of all they were able to remove miles of wiring that was no longer necessary. They were fantastic.

Really appreciative for Geek Squad!

They installed everything very quickly and went above and beyond to not make any kind of mess. We have built in speakers in the walls and for a long time the subwoofer setup into these speakers wasn't working. The Geek Squad crew noticed this issue, was really dedicated and investigated where this wiring went and figured out how to fix the wiring setup. I really appreciate everything they did, they truly went above and beyond here!

Outstanding Attempt
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Agent installed and connected the TV, Blu-ray player and Sound bar very quickly. He tied all the cables into a nice Bundle and fixed them so they were barely visible. He got the TV working but could not interface it with my provider, Comcast due to a problem with the DVR Box. Also would not be able to sync the new TV with the Xfinity Remote due to the wrong router had been installed by Xfinity. I would have to get a new equipment from Comcast before job can be finished.
