The Geek Squad repaired our stove top, great job!

Allowed us to clean behind our stove before putting it back in place. Polite, professional, pleasant and a joy to have in our home, would welcome than back anytime, but hopefully not too soon, we appreciate our appliances working thanks. You have a fantastic team , keep them around, please!

Geek Squad set up my surround sound system.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tech came by, did the installation, 2 weeks later the system stops working, had issue with volume if goes over 60%, system shuts off. went back to best buy and requested to have the tech come by again and look at the system. Best buy recommended to buy a better system (AVR), bought Onkyo RZ830. tech came installed it, did the configuration, system working super good. Tech said best buy will refund you the money you paid first time you request the set up for inconvenient. I'm still waiting for the refund.
