The Geek Squad installed my surround sound quickly

VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were quoted cost of $50 but charged $99.99 Also, told us the subwoofer was not working and told us to take it to Geek Squad - We have TOTAL PROTECTION - Geek Squad was HORRIBLE - this was summitted on another review - we have heard NOTHING from Geek Squad as a follow-up Would have reservations about using Geek Squad ever again - at lease in the Harrisburg East Store

Geek Squad sound bar install

Not only did he adjust his schedule to accommodate my needs, he was courteous and polite. I could have made it through the hardware portion of the install but his expertise was highlighted during the setup and integration between the TV and soundbar. He executed settings adjustments and conducted a tutorial that completed the Best Buy purchase experience! Damon is an huge asset to the Best Buy work force. Thank you!!

The Geek Squad...GREAT!
