The installers were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.

The technician was friendly and helpful but because I needed a cable I didn’t have he was unable to complete the installation. Carrying that kind of equipment for sale to customers who need it would be helpful a would save the need for a return visit.

They quickly installed the sound bar and neatly pulled all the cables to make a professional installation

Joel is my Geek Squad Hero! I’m very frightened by technology and using all these components really stressful for me, I would have had 3 remotes to use. Joel thought ahead and brought along two universal remotes to show me! I chose the larger of them because I could see the buttons and fingers fit better. He synchronized all three components and was soo patient with me as he explained how to use it before leaving. He even came back a few days later just to check on how I was doing. Money well spent.

Geek squad hooked up all of my devices and were very professional. And patient in explaining it all to me. And now my shows and movies sound great!

The skill installing the sound system to the TV AND the Spectrum cable system and interfacing all of the controllers together, then training us thru showing and then having each of us show him that we understood the system and could operate it or know how to get ourselves out of trouble! This person was exceptional in his training and abilities and exceptional in training the customer and not leaving till he was sure we would do well! There should be at least 1 or 2 more stars for this Geek !!

We bought the sanus tv mount.We decided to let the Geek Squad do the Audio set up that they offer.im sure almosteveryone knows how to do this but there are some who don't or just don't want to fool with it.I say let the Geek Squad do it they do this a lot so it's something they know how to do very well.They were professional and made it look easy to do.they were in and out in no time .They wired up audio -cable - surround sound- Xbox. Very neat and clean and took time to explain after they were done on how to make all work together.

Good buy for the money. Soundbar installed by Geek Squad and perfect for our new TV.

The agent, Angelo, quickly found a problem I had with the HDMI eArc port on TV. Found a work around and contacted the Geek Squad to set up repair of eArc port.
