Each time I needed a repair or an answer to a question, I was given excellent service by the young techs - both at the store and during in-home visits.

Geek squad set up sound system quickly and explained how to use it. Sound is fantastic and the wireless woffer makes it even BETTER.

The men came and connected everything. They made sure I knew how to operate the system and the remote. They were efficient and thorough. They took all the boxes and paper from the boxes with them and made sure we were happy with the product.

The agent mounted my TV on the wall with the sound bar mounted to the TV. Made sure everything was level and even with the other TV that was already on the wall. Took care in hiding the wires fit a professional finish. Steve was the , and he was great!!

The tech did a great job of delivering & connecting the sound bar. The only problem was that the optical cable can't be removed from the TV. Had to take the TV to Best Buy, they could not get cable removed either. Best Buy did provide a cable at no charge, they did not want to try to removed the cable from the TV.

The 1st time everything didn't get set up all the way, but they came back out free of charge and got it right, good service overall, friendly technicians.
