The agent was thorough and went above and beyond. He even helped call Xfinity with me and told me what to do to get help from them. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. His customer service was some of the best I have ever had.

Geek Squad came out to fix a thorny issue with home audio. The Sonos system that supports speakers around the home is inconsistent, difficult to ascertain why connections fail, and overall somewhat fragile. GS team very patiently fixed the issue and it has been working for past 18 months. Unfortunately it now is back to being problematic.

The technician was professional, polite and honest. He evaluated my soundbar problem in five minutes, made the adjustments and I was good to go. He even wore shoe covers in my home. I was elated!

Installation was done quickly and extremely well. Installers were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. However, I’m extremely upset about being told twice that I would not be charged and was.

The Geek Squad Agent that came out to my home, was a kind, to the point individual. I had a unusual issue - I bought a NEW item, someone thought it was cute to ship me an open box of the sound bar and it came "from the local store". I gave him, the wrong item for the correct item - Life was merry

Not sure which review this is for as the geek squad has been to my house at least three times. Good points is they try and make you happy, bad thing is they leave a message on phone and tell you to call them but when you do they do not return call so that defeats the purpose of leaving message. If you are not going to do what you say you are going to do then do not offer service. also not sure why it always takes a week to get out to home to do service. from my buy experience to happiness with all the services i paid for was over a month. cheers

Agents came out to set up TV and Sound bar...Would NOT have been able to do it without them...

The agent connected my sound bar to my TV in a manner that I would never have done myself. My TV is an older model that did not have the newer components that modern sets have. The agent resolved this issue in very short order and I was up and running.

Best of the best. I would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone getting any tv, Soundbar etc from Best Buy. Smartest thing I ever did. Can't thank them enough!!!

The one cable that needed to be connected got connected.

Bill came over and got the ball rolling on our job. Because we built all hardware into a ventilated hall closet we needed to talk to equipment with my phone. Nate came in for install and did a very neat install. Wire ties, with wiring trimmed perfect basically a professional install. He set up Sonos app. on my phone and EXPLAINED how it all works. We will be using the Best Buy store and Geek Squad this fall to update a couple more speakers and help us with TV options. Great Job Guys!
