The instructions don't appear to be clear. I don't understand how I'm supposed to know if the items I use are connected to the extender. Your instructions say to connect to the extender network. Does this mean I'm supposed to connect this to MY internet? I mean your instructions are very vague and not clear. I thought the extender was supposed to connect to my wi-fi and then the extender feed off of my wi-fi???? Your FAQ: Q1 says to choose a network. I'm so confused. How can the extender work if it doesn't ask me to verify my own wi-fi connection? I very close to returning the device to the store. I need answers.

Thank you for your review. We will be happy to help address your concerns. Generally, that is how Wi-Fi extenders function in a network - they connect (via Wi-Fi) to your existing wireless network, for the purpose of then repeating the signal to a further location within your home. This is also the purpose of the "choose a network" phase - once you start the setup process - you guide the extender into selecting the network you want to extend the signal of.
If you would like the extender to have a separate name than your router (so you can tell whether you are connecting to the extender or your router) you can customize the extended network name during setup.

Your people in the store were not very helpful. The girl at the return counter was very helpful but not the kid in the department wasn’t at all. It was pretty frustrating. I made a good decision without your stores input. The product covers the area that I needed it to. To bad your staff weren’t able to answer most of my questions. It would have made the process a lot easier.

Thought it would help strengthen our signal overall in our place, but honestly didn't see much of a difference. It could have been my fault and not installing it properly, etc. Not sure, but I did return it. I think it's a good product, just didn't meet our needs....

This little unit helped a huge amount and the speed in my basement is so much faster!

My iMac keeps giving me a security warning when I use the wifi coming from the extender. It might be a false alarm but either way it keep dropping the signal. Maybe it wasn't compatible with my wifi . Either way less than thrilled .
