    This service never happened. I kept being told that there were delays due to lack of availability, and then I go online and look it up only to see that Best Buy is saying that the service was completed. It was never completed. Very disappointing.

    This service might be great, if the tech would actually ask the customer if they like the picture and sound, instead of telling you this is what is standard. I had a better picture before he came out.

    I have contacted Best buy so many times to do the TV calibration and have paid for it .But this service was never fulfilled even after several reminders and how it shows on internet that service was completed although it was never done .

    Unable to schedule after a 4 tries

    We have paid for this more than 3 months ago. We are still not able to schedule the calibration because there is no one in our area certified to do the job. If you can't supply the worker why push for the purchase? We have tried to schedule the appointment at least 4 times. twice online and twice in store. Really unhappy!

    Connected my TV and mounted on the wall which was good, but never came back or called to do the adjustments a service that was already paid for. Was not canceled by me it was you guys is equipment that was not working so you'll should be the ones trying to reschedule not me.

    Paid for the service and can’t get it scheduled. They couldn’t schedule when I paid 4 weeks ago. Went to the store where I paid for the service and they Still couldn’t schedule, told me someone would call me.

    Worst experience. The original calibration appointment never happened due to covid but was marked as completed. After multiple calls to customer service AND a visit to the store I was still unable to reschedule. Cancelled the service instead.

    Be careful if you purchase this. There was no one in the store to help with my Samsung 82 inch TV. After scheduling my appointment 2 times and no one showing up. I finally gave up. Why sell this TV, very disappointed.

    We paid to have our television calibrated when we made the purchase. We have yet to receive the service due to COVID-19. Spoke with a geek squad rep yesterday and Eric said that someone would be contacting us soon. We are still waiting for an appointment

    I have been unable to get my LG OLED65C9 OLED TV calibrated. Even though I purchased it in December 2019 and have already paid for the in-home calibration.

    He screwed around with my TV for a while and nothing changed. He said he would email me a report of the changes he made, but never did so. Probably because there were no changes.

    I bought an oled tv from best buy and wanted to get the best picture possible, so I decided to have the geek squad calibrate it after the break in period. After watching the tv for several days with their calibration setting I went back to my previous settings. Their calibration was not at all the quality that I expected. Very dissatisfied.

    Meant to improve the viewing experience. I'm not so sure I feel different. There seemed to be a difference when the new version was compared to the old at installation. But I really don't walk in, put on the TV and go "wow"

    We had never even heard of calibrating a tv. We are glad we did this. Made a great difference in the overall picture.

    We called to try to schedule this service in late April. We were told that they were very far behind and they would call us to schedule. We haven’t heard anything. Very disappointed since we had already purchased this.

    It's been over six months since I purchased the TV and calibration services. However, Bestbuy still hasn't performed any calibration services, but it falsely indicated in its own system that the service was completed.
