We recently bought a new television to replace the one that finally stopped working. The technology is constantly changing, and we wanted to be sure that our new purchase would work without me having to figure out how to download, transfer, or program something that I am not aware of. The GEEK squad guys were very polite and efficient. we had many questions that they readily answered. they not only answered our questions when setting up our TV. they even showed us pictures, so there was no confusion and they wrote down exactly what cable I would have to install to connect my soundsystem. The GEEK SQUAD saved us a great deal of frustration and confusion. they were well worth the cost of their services

Based on favorable past experiences, I had the Geek Squad deliver and setup my new 77” Sony Bravia TV. They didn’t disappoint! They called ahead to narrow down the expected delivery time and even called to adjust the time due to a delay. They mounted the set on the cabinet and made all the proper connections, even the WIFI, Dish and Apple TV components. All setup functions were made, then they explained to me the operating instructions and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed to get my questions thoroughly answered! Another satisfying installation!

In home setup staff was great. Setup two TVs and assured I know what I was doing before they left. Very quality service. Knowledgeable. Explained how to improve quality, offered advice when asked, friendly, and efficient!

The greatest service regarding the install of my Smart TV, the two Geek Squad associates were kind and patient with me concerning all the questions I had regarding my new purchase, my first purchase of a TV in over 10 years. They assured that I understood the functions of my purchase and the installation was professional. It was totally worth the wait and I would highly recommend the service, Thank you

The technicians were the VERY best that we've ever had! They were professional, patient and knowledgeable. They did not rush us and showed us shortcuts. They have been a team and with Best Buy for a long time. Definitely recommend this service and will use again when we purchase any tvs.

The two gentlemen that arrived to unpack and set up the new TV were excellent - competent and friendly. Upon unboxing the TV they immediately noticed the screen was damaged. They repacked the damaged TV and went to the nearest Best Buy to pick up an undamaged replacement. Upon return they unpacked and set up the TV for me, including providing some pointers on optimizing the TV settings. I was very appreciative of their efforts, particularly making the extra effort to obtain another TV that same afternoon to replace the damaged TV they originally delivered.

The Geek Squad, two men, showed up right on time and immediately went to work. There were two 65 inch TVs to install; both members were fast and efficient and happy to explain their work. They hooked up the TVs to our local internet, and they explained how to use the remotes and the various options available on the Samsung TVs. Thanks to Best Buy for hiring such qualified installers which is just one of the reasons why I will continue to buy all of our appliances and electronic devices from Best Buy.

Of course, we needed the Best Buy delivery and set-up for the TV I bought my daughter for Christmas awhile ago. The delivery crew utilize the utmost caution and expertise, I always know the job will be done with efficiency and professionalism when I use Best Buy Delivery and Set-Up!!

The two men who installed were professional and personable. They worked steadily to remove my old tv and set up the new one. They explained to me clearly how to use my new remote and explained new features. Great job!

This is a really good service. The Geek Squad delivered my TV, unboxed it, attached the base, and set it up completely to get the best picture and have it work with my cable box and remote. Could I have done it? Sure. But they did it in less than 30 minutes and it would have taken me about an hour. Plus, they showed me some of the TV's features that I may have never noticed.

The Geek Squad men, Brett Massey and another technician came out and installed my 77 inch Sony. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They explained how the Sony control worked and how to navigate it. Theey were also friendly.

The Geek Squad delivered and set up my smart TV with ease! You have to register your tv with the television brand, scan barcodes, set a password and some other stuff that would’ve taken me all day to do. The geek squad did it in 20-25 minutes!! I really appreciate the service and will have them deliver my next television or appliance that needs installing, because according to the Geek Squad- there are no more Manuals!!

They were incredibly professional, responsive, and delivered everything right on time. I had an issue with original purachse and was immediately replaced. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service and a seamless experience. Five stars!

Two Geek Squad associates came to deliver, set up & remove our old TV. They were very professional, competent, answered all my questions and were done in about 20 minutes. I'm so glad I had them install it because there were quite a few settings... that needed attention & the associate flew through all screens in no time.

Set up TV quickly. Showed us how to use remote & set the TV to the all the right settings. After needing a part for the soundbar hookup, they came back & hooked it up and set it to use with my cable remote. Removed all packaging and very polite & courteous.

The Geek Squad to the rescue. Joe and Tyrone meticulously installed the new Samsung 65" TV, which replaced the 22-year-old Philips attached at the base in the corner of the sunroom. What made this complicated were the wired connections of the Bose Audio System, Blu-ray, DVD VCR, and Cable. Each device needed to go from old technology to HDMI. They knew exactly what was needed and had the necessary connections on the truck. Both men took the time to instruct me on how to get the most out of the new system. In short, they were great.

We had Mr. Kelly & Mr.Alex come and do the installation for our new Samsung TV. He was knowledgeable. They were professional and he was thorough. The only thing left to do was program our remote and he will come back and do that at a later time. We were very pleased with him and hope that he can come back again.

The installation team was on time and very professional. Installed and connected everything for the home theatre system I had purchased. Explained how to use everything after getting it all connected and set up. Cleaned up the boxes and debris along with expertly routing the wiring. Top Notch service.

My installers were courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. They unpacked, hooked everything up with no problems, and left no “debris” when they took my old TV out the door. They instructed me on anything new that I needed to know regarding my new set. I was very pleased with my TV and the installers.
