Excellent service by the geek squad from ft. Gratiot,mi James was his name I believe, and he had an assistant too. Both worked to install and clean up boxes, plastic wrapping, etc. , also removed the old tv. They installed the new tv and hooked up my old sound system, plus explained how to use the remote, and answered all my questions, My new 50” tv and its sound system work perfect. Thank you Geek squad!

The men that delivered & set up our new tv & tv stand did a wonderful job. They were very helpful since we had just changed from cable to a streaming service & needed lots of help.

They were great & masked & kept their distance. They were very patient with us, when we realized it wouldn't fit on our existing tv stand & scrambled to find something else. Geek squad arrive early and started to work immediately and quickly installed my new TV. They really knew what they were doing.

Both of the gentlemen that installed my TV, Angel and Chris did a spectacular job. They were friendly and professional and answered all the questions I had. I will request them should I need installation of anything’ else.

We bought this for the convenience factor. A sub-contractor showed up when he said he would. Set it up, took the cardboard and packaging, as well as our old equipment away, gave a a great tutorial on our new equipment and was very professional. That’s much easier than me stuffing a new TV into the car, getting rid of the old stuff, and packaging. No brainer!

Excellent technical support - members of the Geek Squad who installed and set up our new Samsung TV and Logitech remote were on time, courteous and very professional, in addition to being "experts" in what they needed to accomplish.
