Customer service and trying to get my tv delivered and set up. My original appointment was for Friday, June 23. Never showed up, and never called. I called late in the afternoon that day and for the next 5 days. No one ever called me back, no one knew anything. Kept pushing me off to another person and it was always someone else's fault. Yes, I also feel I should be compensated for what has been done to me. Finally, from Geek Squad, Ryan called me, explained what happened, and made a point to take care of it on June 28th. So yes, I was very upset! Geek Squad should be proud of Ryan B because he knows and respects customer feelings. geek Squad should be very grateful for Ryan B! Jodi

Serviceman was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He answered all my questions and made sure the TV was operating to my satisfaction, and that I understood how to adjust the settings.

Out technician, Jeromy, did an excellent job settling up our TV. He also kept us updated on is arrival time. Very pleased with our experience with Best Buy

They set up my TV, and set up all my devices. And showed me how to work them.

The installer was very professional and competent. Explained everything that I needed to know about my new TV's installation and start up. Recommend this option for people not tech savvy.

Two guys came to set the TV up and get it unpacked/connected and working. This is the first time we've had anyone set up our TV. Would recommend these guys as they represented themselves extremely well, they have done these setups before, they answered questions and demonstrated what they were doing. They were careful and cleaned up as they went.

I was a little concerned when I was told by the sales staff that the install time would be "sometime between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM" However, there was a follow-up Email that narrowed the time to something much more acceptable, and the installers even called to say that they were about 10 minutes away, which was very much appreciated. Both installers were competent, efficient, worked well together as a team, and had a sense of humor. They patiently answered all of my questions, even the ones that I asked more than once, and even took the initiative to tell me things that I hadn't even thought to ask about. I was very pleased with both of them and with the installation.

The gentlemen who unboxed and set up the TV were great. Even though all they did was bring the TV, they took the time to show us how to get the best picture and sound from our existing setup.

I am enjoying my new bigger and brighter TV. Pictures are clear and the sound is good.

The agents were efficient in the delivery and installation of my TV & sound bar. They took all the packaging away.

The agent who delivered and set up the television was first rate. His delivery was on time (and after he had called us ahead). He was knowledgeable and friendly, and he gave us a good introction in how to use the television.

Again the Geek Squad guys work well together in setting up both television sets.

The agents went above and beyond. I still got my discount when I had to buy an additional item I did not have. They even hauled away the heavy twenty year old television!

The person who installed my TV was SUPER! He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and just a great person to help someone who knew little about what to expect with a smart TV! I'd say his name but not sure I should....starts with an A and ends with an O : )

The people from the Geek Squad called and said when they would be at our home with the TV and they were there right on the minute. They unboxed the TV, put the stand on, picked up all the boxing material and put it in their vehicle. They connected all the wires, explained the remote control features. The Geek squad were very friendly, and professional and knew what they were doing.
