Way to schedule appointment. Constant update on arrival date and time. Arrived right on time. Got to work setting up tv with necessary computer settings and streamer settings. Very polite neat with removal of old set.

Picture is perfect and it feels like I'm in the room with the people on the TV. Color is perfect, everything looks so real. The sound is incredible. Frankly if you have been watching an old TV and then switch to the newest technology, don't be surprised at how shocked you will be at how different everyone looks and how you will now be part of the experience you are watching. When the original product proved to be defective technicians were professional about arranging a replacement. Installation was well done. My cable box and DVD player were properly connected.

Excellent service. The installation of my new fire TV was quick & all went well. The service techs were very nice & careful to observe safety standards. Also they made sure I knew everything I need to know to take full advantage of my TV even programing my controllers for me. Worth the extra cost for how easy it was.

The Geek Squad tech. that came to install our TV was excellent. He was very professional, very personable and willing to do what it took to make us happy. He saw the I couldn't hook up our other TV and connected for us. Great Geek Squad Tech.

The two men that came to install the TV and sound system were extremely nice. They cleaned up all of the cardboard and papers and took it all away. They made sure that we knew how everything worked together.

The agents that came to the house to set up the tv were awesome. They stayed until we we satisfied with everything. Explained how to use the tv( add apps etc) they were very polite, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend having your tv set up for you.

Had a few agents through Total Tech viwit us, first to install and cover all the bells and whistles of the new TV. But needed new DirecTV box, and once we got that, another excellent Total Technician came and finished set up. Everything works great.
