The installation was excellent. Installers were very knowledgeable and efficient.

The agent who removed our old TV and setup our new 55 inch Sony TV did a great job! He spent the time to make sure everything was setup, programmed our Direct TV remove control and spent time to show us the operation of all of the features.

The setup crew were great. Showed me how everything worked and left a clean house. I would recommend and use them again.

The 2 guys that came and set up my TV (so sorry that I do not remember their names) were so very friendly and helpful and could not have been any nicer or patient with me.

The gentleman from Geek Squad called and arrived on time, he helped us put the t.v. on the wall, even though it wasn't on the order, it was actually heavier and awkward for us to put it on the wall. Jerome set up the set with no problem very quickly and explained all the different options we could use. Highly recommended!

set up is well worth it...on time and very professional

In the end my TV was delivered and setup. But I was told they would be here between 8:30 and 12:30. Also was told I would be the first person of the day. Well they got here at 10am. By they, I mean 3 people and my TV in a box. A little crowded. But 2 of them were being trained. Like I said it's here and operating just fine.

The two men set up the entire system for me. They taught me the popular features. They were Very helpful.

The person was on time, hooked everything up and showed me how to operate my new Samsung 65" OLED television.

Total professionals. On schedule, courteous, careful installation, removed all packing and cleaned area. Answered all questions and gave complete instructions for operation and care.

We actually signed up for Geek Squad, but were given a 3rd party company for the TV delivery & installation. They were on time, professional, fast & truly went out of their way to make sure all the connections worked & then took the time to explain everything to us! Highly recommend & the Best Buy Black Friday in July reduced price was a plus!

Both agents were very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. There is nothing that could be improved about their service. They did the Geek Squad proud. Everything was explained and demonstrated with care and attention. Hope to get same guys next time round!
