Geek Squad guy knew his stuff! He is was on the ball. Would use them again!

Geek Squad did a terrific job setting up my new 65" Samsung television. They reorganized all of my cables and tie wrapped them and they reprogrammed each of my remotes to work with the television, Xfinity box, and the Xbox S that I had. They also configured my Samsung Soundbar to work in conjunction with the television. Everything worked great following their setup.

The crew were efficient, professional and effective and I would highly recommend do to how well they represent Best Buy!

I am very pleased and impressed with the set up of my TV. They were very patient in teaching me how to use my TV and all the capabilities. They did excellent work.

He helped me with the power on/off usage after installation (a previous installer had told me the wrong thing) & picked up the too large TV that I needed to exchange. Unfortunately the mute button on the remote didn't work but he had already left so I had to make another reservation.

Lets start with, we became Total Tech Members because we wanted to have a new 65" TV Delivered and mounted on the wall in our basement, if we just paid for the mounting service it would have cost $250, Buying the Total Tech for $200 was a "No Brainer' The people came out and placed the mount on my wall, and mounted the tv, VERY PROFFESSIONAL young people. a short time later, we decided to upgrade the living room tv to 65" and used the Total Tech Service again. The two people came out and delivered another tv and were just as awesome as the first team was, So I have to say for our needs, the Total Tech has paid off. I think we got our money's worth. Excellent service. Knowledgeable and informative. Two technicians set up the tv completely. Walked me through all aspects of usage. They were helpful and not in a “hurry” to get to another appointment. The cleaned up all packaging and even took my old tv away.

Geek Squad quickly and professionally set up my TV as well as usage instructions. Called prior to arrival.my set up was very basic as I am not a gamer or Alexa. Job well done but a little pricey.

The agent connected my tv to all my devices including my old speaker set which needed utilizing an adapter. (I bought that Sony speaker set from Best Buy when I bought a new CRT tv many years ago. I love the speaker set and wanted to continue using it. He set up my dvr/vhs player and my blue ray player and my fios unit and cable tv so that everything was ready to go. I didn’t have to do anything. He even set up my password for me for my fios. As a senior citizen, I really appreciated knowing that everything was set up and done correctly and I did not have to do anything else!

The Best Buy agent delivered the tv and set it up. Also contacted it to our electronics. He was very efficient and explained everything about the new tv to us. Great job!

The agents set up our new TV with ease, connecting it to our service provider, and made sure we knew how to use both remotes.

Not actually a Geek Squad install but a contractor service who sub hired a local installer. The local installer did a great job of communicating his arrival and did a great job. Can’t say the national contractor did that well, they were very hard to contact and less that helpful.

Geek guys hooked up my TV and showed the basics of how to work it. They were very patient with me with questions. They called in morning to give me an about time, then again as they were leaving a job, to give me a more exact time. I really appreciated that so I didn't have to wait around wondering when they would show up.

Delivered & installed tv to direct tv. Instructed me how to use certain features. Respectful & helpful even when asked “stupid” questions.

Technician setup Tv and sure all components were working properly

The agents setup my TV quickly and ensured all featues were working properly. They took time to explain how to acess all the features of the smart TV and discussed how other products could easily interface with it. They were great!

The guys installed, and explained everything pretty quickly. They’re patient and thorough, very knowledgable.

They mounted my TV and soundbar on the wall, did an excellent job, As it is always best when you buy something from Best Buy to have them come and install it for you. I could not give them a higher rating, they are the best !!!! Always very courteous and informative, they always answer any questions you may have.
