Leon and LJ of Maryland provided professional service while imparting product knowledge and demonstrating how to use the features of my new TV. I'm glad that I have Geek Squad membership because of access to experts like Leon and LJ; but most importantly, I have peace of mind and confidence in the technical support I received.

Geek Squad arrived at my home when promised to deliver my new tv. They connected and set up my new tv in a very efficient and professional manner. Then the tech took time to answer any questions I had about the connections and tv features. All of this took less than 30 minutes, but it was done correctly. As s consumer of Best Buy, this is the type of service I expect from them..

The agents showed up in a timely manner. I was not left waiting for their arrival. All devices were hooked up. Most importantly I was provided detailed instructions which I needed. My agent had a positive attitude and provided customer pleasing service. Would definitely recommend him to others, 100% satisfied.

Blake Butler was fantastic! He and James had my tv set up in no time. Blake took a lot of time explaining the control and set up to me. I would LIGHTLY recommend him anyone.

Very easy to set-up and connect other equipment. Took 2 guys maybe 15 minutes total, It would have taken me at least an hour or two. They calibrated the tv, made compatible with my existing remotes so that was great. Very professional, took extreme care in unpacking tv from box, laying a pad down to collect dirt and debris.

BestBuy guys communicated well, arrived at designated time, completed work quickly and answered all my questions. Integration with my AV equipment works like a charm. I am very happy.

Bought a lg 65 inch tv and a sound bar along with it. Total tech membership enabled home delivery and installation free of cost. The installation of both tv and sound bar was quick and the team was very helpful.

We ordered our new tv online via Best Busy and direct contact with the Geek Squad as they recommended. The Geek Squad made and appt with us to install our new, but complicated, tv. The Rep arrived early and was very helpful and efficient with explanations and set up. We appreciated the service and bought the service contract from our Rep as he had been worth keeping "on hand".

Service setup was mostly very good, but they got one thing wrong, which in my estimation, was a significant mistake that the techs should have known and resolved--they literally forgot to connect the cable box. Turned it on and it was taking a long time to boot up, which they indicated happened sometimes (I raised my eyebrow but was not interested in arguing). This was something I thought I could remedy one way or the other, so I did not want to hold them up over it. My Fire Cube was hooked up and I knew the TV worked. After they left, I found the coaxial cable completely unconnected and once I hooked it up, the box booted reasonably quickly. Not a catastrophic situation by any means, but a big disappointment weighed against the cost of the service.

Thank you for the excellent service that was provided by the Geek Squad when our new television was set up. They ensured that it was connected to the cable and internet properly and asked if I had any other questions or concerns before leaving.

Television wall mounting went great! I love it! Great to have in the protection plan!

They were great! Everything went smoothly, and they were quick, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Came in with all PPA and set up and connected everything. They made sure it all worked together and showed me how it all works. Only ding is the huge timeline of between 7AM and 1PM. It seems like that could be narrowed down to at most a 3 hour range by the day before. At least they do call when they are on their way though.

There was a bit of confusion when the contracor showed up...they thought they were mounting the tv to the wall. Other than that they hooked up the tv. The second group of actual "Geek squad" tech also were told that they were going to be mounting a tv to the wall. Once that was corrected they helped me navigate the features of my new Sony...they were VERY helpful!
