my 86" tv was delivered by a two man crew the guys were very polite, wore their mask, set up the tv quickly and efficiently, programmed it , explained how the new remote worked, cleaned up after! could not have asked for a better experience from best buy geek squad

They came a bit earlier than planned, but I have no complaints. The technicians were friendly and professional (which is more than I can say for the in-house staff), and had my television installed in less than 45 minutes!!! The Samsung 43 inch flatscreen is a joy to watch and I will be a returning customer to Best Buy at some point. Thanks again.

Agent found TV purchased would not fit on our stand. Offered several options . Ultimately decided to mount on wall. Great service. Took time to explain how remote worked. Answered all questions patiently and thoroughly.

Geek Squad did a great job installing my TV and explaining how to make it work. Rose was great, and when I had trouble accessing the TV later in the day, she answered my call at 7:45 PM, above and beyond the CALL OF DUTY! MANY THANKS TO ROSE!

Nicely done by the GEEK squad delivering and installing me new Samsung TV which is just awesome!

They showed up on time, installed a new TV set, remove the old set and then took the time to explain everything there was to know about programming our new, smart TV. They were a delight.

Geek Squad did an excellent job of delivery, installation, synching another component with the new TV and the haul away of my old TV. The technician arrived on time and performed all needs in an outstanding manner.

I had them come out 2 time, the first time they came to deliver and set up, they were very fast, also they showed me many cool Features on my new tv I didn’t even know. The 2nd time I had them come out and install it on my wall because I felt the tv was sticking out too far from the wall they were super fast and the install went perfect.

I am unable to lift a TV this size by myself so I needed the TV delivered and connected. The Geek Squad representative arrived at the specified time and was extremely thorough with the installation and instructions for operations. He also took my old TV which was extremely heavy and I was worried about how to get rid of it. It was definitely worth the price to hire the Geek Squad.

The agents did everything and were great. I was irritated with the fee for taking away the old TV and the fee for connecting the sound bar (which I purchased at the store with the TV). The charges were ridiculously high. Do better.

Dola was the gentleman who delivered and installed my TV. He was great and super helpful. I had called him to follow on connecting my cable remote to my surround sound receiver. Very helpful and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend him to someone using the connect and set up option.

Both men were great! Very polite and professional. They knew their product and could answer all my questions. We really appreciated their time, communication and efforts!

Michael and Sean came from the Geek squad to install our new TV and put the bracket on the wall for mounting. We had several issues with our older receiver and DVR player connecting to the new TV. However, Michael and Sean were very helpful in resolving the issues. We definitely were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of the equipment. Great job guys!
