Well geek squad came out 2 hrs late and couldn’t install my tv cuz the wrong team came out. They were rude, late, and not prepared. A week later geek geek squad sent out a couple guys from a sound advice tv and sound. Those guys were AMAZING! They came in got to work did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves! I’m calling those guys from now on.

Great tv , easy to place on mount.the service was so great . I was able to use my tv right away , easy friendly. The tech is excellent and patient with me how to use the tv.

I enrolled in TotalTech because I have no idea what I'm doing with this technology and needed a full array of support. They were terrific. I bought one 50" Sony TV and 4 Roku streaming sticks 4k. One stick to convert the Sony to Roku and 3 for older flat screen TVs (cutting the cable). The Geek Squad got me set up on two days. An agent delivered my new TV and did a basic setup on my old cable service so I had service that day. She also removed my broken plasma TV and 2 other old analog TVs for proper disposal. The next day, an agent did a full install, removing the old cable equipment and setting up Roku as well as the main streaming service and other apps I had subscribed to. He did this on all 4 TVs--not just the new purchase. Both agents worked quickly but were also courteous with all my questions. They were on time and did a good job. Many thanks to them.

Excellent service and install, good communication, kept up to date when arrival time, polite, professional, removed all packing boxes and old tv, set up new tv perfectly.

The tech reconnected everything and got it setup for my 85 yo mom with poor eyesight and talked and walked her through what to do to navigate between the tv remote and sound bar and cable remote. Perfect!!

as always the Geek Squad is the best, we use them for computer set up, and with our phones. Never an issue at home or in the store

OK, I bought a new Fire TV, VCR, outdoor antenna and signed up for the Geek Squad. Four guys delivered the items for free, set everything up, gave me a tutorial and hauled off the old satellite antenna, within one hour. I am impressed.

The Geek Squad is my go-to for all my electronics and service!!! The Geek Squad team that installed/setup my new 65” OLED TV did an outstanding job!!!! Highly recommend the Geek Squad home service.

Love the TV and all the options that a smart TV offers. (This one is my first!) The Geek Squad member was so helpful in explaining how to use the TV.

Having never used the Geek Squad before -- we just graduated to a big-screen smart TV -- I did not know what to expect. As it turned out, the Geek Squad folks who showed up at our house were terrific. In addition to setting up our TV quickly and smoothly, they were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, answered all our questions, and made sure our viewing experience would be just right.

Rafael Estevao called and arrived at our home on time. He was patient, and often reviewed information about the installation to two senior citizens with limited technological skills He was wonderful. We took notes and again he repeated when necessary. By the time he left, we were confident we could manage the new TV in our home Thank you Rafael

Hector did an excellent job of installing the TV and then taught us how to use all of the controls. He explained how the system worked and installed all of our streaming applications - everything working great

Pretty straightforward showed up and shuffled my television’s did the basic setup. I had just had back surgery, so the assistance was needed.

With today's highly technical innovations, there was just no way I wanted to spend time and energy trying to understand all the instructions for installing my new TV and Router, Best Buy performed the installation quickly and proceeded to optimize the options and features far better than I would have done. This was money well spent and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

The two men who setup the system did a great job. they were personable and friendly. They were knowledgeable and quick but took time to make sure it was setup correctly with all the streaming services I use set up and logged into.

Keith and another gentlemen were very quick, knowledgable, and helpful in setting everything up including the updating of apps on the tv. I struggled with the legs myself so I hired the professionals (geek squad) they're the best.

The (2) gentlemen from the Geek Squad did a great and swift job of connecting my new Samsung QLED TV. Very happy that I decided to let the Geek Squad do the setup because it went so quickly and they also answered all of my questions and reviewed with me all of the options of this great TV.

The gentleman who installed my tv did was quick and friendly. He was sure to explain everything we needed to know. After a lot of turmoil around securing the TV, it was great that this process was so easy.

Our Geek Squad has to one of the best, if not the best. On time and on the A game.
