Agents were fantastic! On time delivery and fast setup. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. Did an excellent job at teaching me how to use the remote which I appreciated.

I highly recommend the Geek Squad. The technicians who came to my house were absolutely amazing. The TV did not quite fit where I wanted it to go, they figured out a way to make it work.

Those guys were amazing. They were very helpful. They moved my old TV to another room. Helped me unhooked an older tv and carry it to my car. In addition, they were patient with me in teaching me to navigate the new TV.

They were awesome and so smart and able to efficiently and correctly install an 85 inch TV over the fireplace!. do not use the third-party option for installation – they were actually terrible

The delivery guy set up everything on the TV for us and show us how to work the remote and what channel is that we can get extra very helpful

Having the Geek Squad come to set up a smart television may seem like a waste of money to all you tech savvy individuals out there but for us, it was worth not getting a headache figuring it all out and receiving a good education of the product. I just love my new 50 inch Toshiba Smart TV. I thought it would be hard to learn how to use it but I was wrong. After showing me how to use the Firestick I was on my way streaming like crazy. Thank you. Great TV, great picture, great sound!

We had the Geek Squad come in to set up our Home Theater Entertainment - Sony 65" TV, sound bar, Blu-ray player for one remote to work everything. They did an awesome job. This is for the installation of the TV and wall mount. I thought they did very well. Very quick, knew what they were doing. Explained to me what they were doing, about the wall mount and things I should know. Setup my TV with the cable box, computer, and internet. Good guys!

Thw set up guys installed my new TV quickly and installed a wall mount that I needed but didn't purchase ahead of time, they even had it with them on the truck!
