My TV was delivered and set up as promised. All that was needed on my part was the watching... Great service and Techs.

Shane was wonderful and very helpful in installing my new tv and hooking it up to my cable box and old dvd player and vcr. He also organized all the cables and wires to make them less seen and out of the way. He showed me how to use the new TV which was very helpful and the service was excellent.

I just can’t say enough about how wonderful our main service technician was. He went above and beyond to ensure the installation was done properly and quickly as we were on a time crunch. We are extremely appreciative of his professionalism and kindness!

The agents, hooked up the sound systems for my TV and stereo speakers, they were capable and quick, showed me how to use the remotes for both systems to get the optimal output

Did everything I needed, but the ridicule from the delivery people because I valued my Plasma and had everything hard wired (there were no smart Plasmas when I bought mine) was insulting. Best Buy should let their installation techs know that there are still plasma TV addicts out there, and it was not easy to choose a more modern TV. I like my new TV, but no one likes being judged.

I had asked for a time early on their delivery route schedule and they accommodated that request very well. The guys were very quick in setting up my TV, obviously experienced in their job. They cleaned up the little mess that was created. They clearly explained the operation of my TV answering my questions so I could understand everything.

They were on time and so patient with my questions and friendly too. The team came out and set up my new TV and Sonos sound bar. They also set up my Amazon Prime app on it. Then they showed me how to easily use the remote!! The even labeled my Sonos speaker a Girl cave because I told him that TV was in our girl cave! They were so friendly too!!

The technician was very professional and provided excellent service in setting up and connecting my smart TV. He was patient and answered all my questions and also helped me identify the need for fire stick so could connect to apps on my older Panasonic TV which I purchased and he set up for me.

The guy came in and made sure everything was working properly. He explained how to work the romote after using one from another company, I have gotten use to using.

The Geek Squad is exceptional! They know exactly what they are doing when setting up these involved televisions. The setup is quick and accurate. They explain what they are doing as they go through the setup process! Both individuals were very kind and professional, and cleaned up when they finished. Saves a lot of time and furstration by using the Geek Squad.

The agents took great care with delivery and install of my new TV. They made sure I understood how it all worked. Very professional.

Constantine and Brad did a great job of setting up my TV and connecting my Roku unit. This was the 2nd attempt to set up the Tv VI had purchased. When the 1st appointment was attempted the TV was screen was cracked when unboxed. Some one was suppose to call and set up a second appointment but no one did so I personally went to the Forum store and set up another appointment for delivery of a second TV. When the young men called to confirm the arrival time for the 2nd attempt they knew nothing about the 1st TV having a shattered screen until I told them of this. I feel that it should of been communicated to them what had happened with the 1st appointment. This way they could have made sure that this TV was not damaged as the 1st TV was in a box that had no external damage to it. I had to arrange my schedule at my work to be able to leave the hospital where I work twice. Communication between the first Geek Squad member and 2nd team should have been better. also I felt a better effort should have been made to setup the return appointment should have been made so that I didn't have to drive to the Forum location myself.

The GS team were personable, knowledgeable , were on time and had me set up in no time. Explained everything to m clearly. Good experience

The guys installed the tv quickly and excellently! They give great advice on products I should consider. They are very professional and are the reason I am a loyal Best Buy customer. In a world where customer service is dying, they give me hope that it isn't gone completely. Keep up the GREAT work!

i could probably have done this myself --in a day or two. the geek squad came in,wrapped the tv, installed it to my devices with no time lost to error. While they were instilling, they talked me through it so well that i might be able to get a lot closer to their time should i ever have to do it again. But if there comes an again, i will probably call them back. that good!

The Geek Squad team went out of their way to install my TV after a second attempt. They were very patient took the extra time and made sure to demonstrate the many features including mirroring my iPad !

The agent brought 2 of the same model TVs on the same day which were determined to be defective. I ordered a 3rd from the store, different brand and model and he brought that out, set up, and took the old Tv out with him. I couldn't be happier with service,time and knowledge.

Geek Squad was in and out by the time I put the leash on the dog. I had to take off the leash to get instruction for operating the new TV. It was so simple, have had no problems since, I should enjoy my tv for years to come.
