The guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Keith is the technician who brought and installed my new TV. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He called to let me know he was on his way, arrived when he said he would and he went right to work. It didn't take him very long to do the installation and he explained everything he was doing. He also moved my old TV to the family room and set it up. Geek Squad is very fortunate to have an employee like Keith!!! I hope you appreciate him.

They showed up on the early side of appointment window. Install was quick and simple, plus they made sure it worked before they left.

Your employee (sorry can’t remember his name) was terrific. He hooked everything up and explained our TV functions.

Service guy was very nice and knowledgeable about product and instructions. Was not told by salesman I had to download an app to run tv so took a few extra minutes to get tv hooked up. After app was down loaded he Had it plugged in and running in 15 minutes.

The agents installed my TV above my fireplace. They acted in a very professional & efficient manner.

It was worth the $99 to get the new TV all setup correctly. He was professional and very informative. Did not rush. Answered all my questions. Made sure everything was in working order and that I was comfortable with it. I was cutting the cable wires and was not familiar with the smart TV so having someone set me up, was worth the extra money.

Henry came out and did an amazing job. This is the 2nd time he has mounted and set up a TV in my house. He does amazing work, is quick and friendly. He loves what he does and it shows in his work. He also takes the time to answer any and all questions.

It was great having someone to install and set up our new TV, It didn't take them long, and we didn't have to worry about doing it ourselves and having be wrong.

Bought our first smart flat screen tv. After research we bought a Samsung 50” class 8 smart tv about a month ago. We are still learning but are very satisfied with it. The Geek Squad delivered and set it up. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. Would use them again.

I had two wonderful technicians install my new tv quickly and efficiently. I love my new tv and was so pleased with the help and service by Best Buy.

The Geek Squad members were considerate, capable and helped us by moving our other TV into another room after they set up the new one. We cannot say enough good things about them. They cleared all the packaging debris, left no mess and actually gave us some tips for use! That's a wow.

The Geek Squad Members did an excellent job installing the new tv and dvd. They were efficient, pleasant and their instructions to operate the equipment were very clear and they pleasantly reviewed the instructions so I could use the equipment easily.

The picture on our LG OLED TV is absolutely incredible. The blacks are truly black and the resolution is great. The remote has several great features including 1-click access to Netflix and Amazon Video. There are lots of apps and the TV even has a mouse pointer. I would highly recommend this product and the Best Buy Delivery/Set-up as well.

The techs called me in advance as to projected arrival time. They arrived well within the projected timeline. They were courteous, worked a a team, accomplished all of my setup requirements, made sure all the settings were correct, set up my apps, cleaned up and would definitely use again.
