    Geek Squad Installed My TV and Helped with my Roku

    The agent mounted my TV and connected my Roku. He also showed me how to use the Roku. The agent was very helpful and I would use this service again.

    Agent (Jacob) disconnected all items with old TV, then worked efficiently to install new TV with all connections (DVR,Zvox, etc.). Then explained thoroughly how all this worked! He was just excellent--knowledgeable and personable too!

    After purchasing my Sony TV, I had it delivered and set up. We had to reschedule due to my granddaughter's birth, and the Geek Squad members Tyler and Carmen went above and beyond in trying to resolve an issue with synchronization with my home theater system. I will request these 2 gentleman for future deliveries.

    My Geek Squad agent Daniel thoroughly integrated, demonstrated and explained the use of my TV and audio equipment with the Harmony Elite RF remote that he customized to my personal specifications. He has a great ability to make the complex seem simple. If I were starting my own business Daniel would be my first employee.

    On the first scheduled in-home service the Geek Squad individual never showed up during the scheduled window of time. In fact, I had to call the Best Buy where I purchased my Sony TV Just to find out where the technician was. I received a call from the technician about an hour later saying he was running late and wanted to come to my house around 3:30 PM, I told him no, he had missed his window by 2.5 hours and I am not waiting all day. The technician should have called to let me know he was running later vs me having to find out where he was after the fact. The second scheduled visit went well. A different technician out of a different store did a good job of checking the set-up I did on my own since the first tech never showed. The second tech was super, however, I don’t think the 49.00 fee was worth it since I did the work, otherwise I would not have had a TV for over 10 days. I forget the first techs name that didn’t show on the first scheduled visit, but I also never received any feedback as to why he blew off the appointment from the management I spoke to at the store.

    Our 55 inch set was mounted on a console. The set up and installation was quick. We had three devices connected to the set. The tech, Chris went over the controls and other important information. I recommend to use the Geek Squad, if you require installation services.

    The Danvers, MA. Geek Squad arrived on time. Installed my Samsung Smart TV and accessories perfectly. Explained how to operate my new TV; answered all my questions. Removed all packing material and contacted me the following day to learn if I had any additional questions. Would definitely use this service again.

    I have a bad back and opted for the the free setup and delivery offered with the tv I purchased. The guys were right on time. They were knowledgeable and professional and got to work. They set up my new tv ran all the cables and wires and programmed the set. They answered all my questions and even took the trash! Nice

    The technician that visited my home for delivery and installation was bar none, the best I've had in a long time. He was professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Can't say enough good things about this delivery and the results of the installation.

    A small cost to not have to worry about breaking something yourself. Bestbuy takes care of it and sets it up for you to enjoy. Would recommend for clumsy people

    Need to have a better sound setup.

    Not happy with the sound set up. Samsung apparently has done away with allowing you to be able to mute the TV sound and still be able to hear through a headset or a streaming device to Bluetooth hearing aids. Techs have been out at least 5 or 6 times and have tried everything they could think of. So now we just lower the sound and then turn on our headset or hearing aid streaming device and the rest of the house can sleep.
