Jarid was very good at setting up my new tv. He set us the cable & got everything running great for me. I would definitely ask for him again to set up any thing that I buy.

The team was on time, called when they were on their way and set our entire system up as promised. Could have used a bit more details on the use of the system but satisfied overall.

The Geek Squad did a superb job installing my new 75 inch TV. They untangled the spaghetti mess behind the TV and 7.2 audio system and relocated a second TV to another room without any additional charges. They also walked me through the setup settings on the new TV. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Great job.

The agents got my tv working and attached it to all my devices but in the case of my tv I ended up needing an antenna to pick up more channels. So picked up antenna from you, installed it myself and now the tv works great.

The squad members took great pains to maintain strict COVID—19 safety standards throughout their time at our home. Extreme care was taken with our new tv. Squad members removed our old tv and placed it in one of our bedrooms for us. The new tv was quickly installed and the various settings were made. It became obvious that our old sound bar was a bad match fo our new tv. The squad member recommended an appropriate new sound bar and left to get the new recommended bar. The new sound bar was installed and adjusted. The tv and sound bar are perfect. We are very pleased. Before leaving we were given a great demonstration of the various controls and how to set or change setting. They answered all our question throughly and completely.
