My Appreciation ~
My installing agent brought my tv stand into my living room from my garage and set my tv up for me. I'm disabled and was unable to move the tv stand by myself. This was a great help to me. He also got everything plugged in and set up and made sure I was happy with how everything looked. He did tell me that I need a soundbar, which was a bit disappointing to me that no one had mentioned that when I was talking to store reps before my online purchase. I am on an extremely limited budget and was not anticipating having to make the additional purchase.
My Disappointment ~
I was disappointed that it took 2 weeks after my purchase for me to receive and be able to use my new tv. The shipping company never received my tv so the delivery had to be rescheduled, then it took additional time to get the installation scheduled. On the originally scheduled delivery day, I was called and told that there would be a 24-hour delay because of vehicle issues on the delivery. Okay, no problem. I rescheduled the delivery for the next day. However, on the rescheduled delivery day, no one showed up and no one called. This resulted in my having to call and reschedule the delivery (again) and the installation. No reason was ever given to me for the failure of the rescheduled delivery.

The agents did a great job setting up my tv, they connected to the internet and connected my Roku also. And in addition they were very kind to move my other tv into another room. And they also gave excellent service during the entire process!!

The technicians came and removed and replaced the 65inch TCL Roku TV while making it a point of explaining to me what they were doing during installation. They also offered to show how to operate the TV. Outstanding customer service.

The tech who installed my new TV was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. He connected my cable box and DVD player after we figured out the best way to arrange the furniture for it. We switched two cabinets so wires reached more easily. He was great!

The Geek Squad agent arrived on time. He put shoe covers on before entering my apartment. He was very polite answered all my questions and made sure I was able to work the remote with the TV. My unit was placed on entertainment stand, so no wall mounting was required. He removed all the packaging material when he left.

In the end my TV was delivered and setup. But I was told they would be here between 8:30 and 12:30. Also was told I would be the first person of the day. Well they got here at 10am. By they, I mean 3 people and my TV in a box. A little crowded. But 2 of them were being trained. Like I said it's here and operating just fine.

The Best Buy agent delivered the tv and set it up. Also contacted it to our electronics. He was very efficient and explained everything about the new tv to us. Great job!

A Geek Squad member brought my new TV, connected it to the Dish network, connected the DVD player, and got everything working. That included having the TV work with the Dish remote. He did a greet job, was pleasant, explained things thoroughly, and made sure I knew what I was doing before he left.

Geek Squad delivered and set up a 65” TV quickly and courteously. They even requested that we uncrate our dogs and took the time to play with our fur babies for a bit. (Most people are scared of our bigger dog, so he loved the attention!) They gave us a specific time block, arrived on time, and communicated along the way. Definitely worth the cost.

The people from the Geek Squad called and said when they would be at our home with the TV and they were there right on the minute. They unboxed the TV, put the stand on, picked up all the boxing material and put it in their vehicle. They connected all the wires, explained the remote control features. The Geek squad were very friendly, and professional and knew what they were doing.
