Awesome is the only word I can think of. They were on time, courteous, and entertaining. They cleaned up any mess they made. They explained in detail how to use the remote...and took their time explaining. Awesome company.

The Geek Squad was very efficient in removing my new defective 75” tv with a brand new replacement. Nothing could have been quicker or easier doing this task. I have complete confidence in their knowledge and ability.

The agents connected all devices to TV. They were very knowledgeable and fast. So fast that I didn't think about the questions I had. But Eli said to call if we had any questions or needed assistance again.

Our technician came on time and installed our new television, soundbar, and associated equipment. He also connected the new television to our DVD player. He patiently explained to my wife and me how to use the television and navigate between the regular channels and Netflix.

The tech arrived on time, he did his job properly and efficiently and then took the time to set up and explain how to operate it properly to this old man !

Rep was on time and proficient. Did an excellent job of setting up the t.v. and going over the instructions per understanding the new t.v.

We had two men - one was in training. Both were friendly, polite, knowledgeable. They set up a new TV, and relocated the old one to another location. Always pleased with the service from Geek Squad. Well worth the money to avoid the hassle of trying to figure it out on our own.

The Best Buy installers were excellent. Not only did they mount the TV and hook up the devices, they set up the remotes (cable and Roku). the team made everything work and explained everything along the way.

I would highly rfecom end Geek Squad for installation. Our tech, DeSha Senter, was awesome. He was patient and explained everything. He went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. I even had to call him with a question and he walked my husband through the whole thing on the phone. I can't say enough about DeSha.

If you are going to mount a TV on the wall or set it up, have the professionals at Geek Squad do the work. I did not want to take a chance on doing it myself and get something wrong. Geek Squad guarantees their work. I have been a Geek Squad member for several years and it has been a great decision.

Keith is the technician who brought and installed my new TV. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He called to let me know he was on his way, arrived when he said he would and he went right to work. It didn't take him very long to do the installation and he explained everything he was doing. He also moved my old TV to the family room and set it up.
