Love the TV and all the options that a smart TV offers. (This one is my first!) The Geek Squad member was so helpful in explaining how to use the TV.

I had Geek Squad deliver and install my new LG TV and I'm glad that I did. The Geek Squad technician, Ken, assembled the stand, placed the TV where I wanted it to be, and connected the TV to other video components. Ken also showed me the TV's various features and patiently answered any questions that I had. I'm completely satisfied with the services provided by Geek Squad.

The agent was very friendly, took his time to understand what I really needed and put the tv on top of the mantel. There are still many cords that we could not figure out where they were meant to go or why there were so many.....

The people who came to set up my T.V. were excellent. The only problem I had was the time frame given for delivery 8 hrs - a little long and trying to check throughout the day no one could give me a better answer than between 12 and 8 p.m. The time frame for delivery would make me think twice about ordering from Best Buy again.

The team was on time, called when they were on their way and set our entire system up as promised. Could have used a bit more details on the use of the system but satisfied overall.

The guys did an excellent job setting up my new Fire Smart TV with the MOHU HD antenna.

The agent set up our new TV and connected it to our new cable box and our dvd player. He was very pleasant and stuck with it when there were problems setting up the Comcast remote. Highly recommend this service.

Within 20 minutes or less, everything was connected, up and running. Old LG TV removed, hauled away (including new Sony TV box), Contact to advise the appropriate expected time of arrival and Geek Squad Crew's name, was very much appreciated. Great follow-up, and pleasant team.

Lets start with, we became Total Tech Members because we wanted to have a new 65" TV Delivered and mounted on the wall in our basement, if we just paid for the mounting service it would have cost $250, Buying the Total Tech for $200 was a "No Brainer' The people came out and placed the mount on my wall, and mounted the tv, VERY PROFFESSIONAL young people. a short time later, we decided to upgrade the living room tv to 65" and used the Total Tech Service again. The two people came out and delivered another tv and were just as awesome as the first team was, So I have to say for our needs, the Total Tech has paid off. I think we got our money's worth. One of the reasons I buy my appliances from Best Buy is because of the Geek Squad. I am not good at setting up. Not only are they very knowledgeable and skilled. They are also quick and answer any questions you may have.
