I highly recommend the Geek Squad. The technicians who came to my house were absolutely amazing. The TV did not quite fit where I wanted it to go, they figured out a way to make it work.

I had a amazing set up, they were very professional and worked with me to set up my 85in Samsung tv.. And were in and out in no time and answered all my questions. Would use them again in the future.

The agents moved the old TV to the bedroom and quickly set up the new 65 inch TV. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied before they left. Took all of the cardboard and packing with them- very helpful.

The install was done in a timely fashion, with the "old" TV reinstalled in another location! Well done (after all connections were made!)

The agent set up my tv on the stand and leveled it. He explains some of the important features on the tv. He was polite and efficient. Thank you.

Had a wonderful experience with the techs from the Geek Squad. They were both so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Well worth the extra money.

Christian and Joseph were great. I am not as tech savvy as I would like and having the geek squad not only mount the TV but program it was worth the money. Even with the knowledge level there were a couple of issues that they dealt with in a few minutes. They handed me the remote and gave me instructions and I was set.

I had 2 TV's installed at our home. The first time was a 5 star experience. I believe the installers were from Best Buy / Geek Squad, and they were extremely courteous and professional. My most recent experience was a stark difference from the first. Regarding the latest TV installation, the installers were 3rd party installers (not Best Buy / Geek Squad). I ordered a TV mount of a 50" TV. When they arrived, the lead installer informed me that the incorrect service was book. What was booked was "TV Connect and Setup 55” and Smaller" but what we needed was "Basic TV Mount Service." So, the installer told me that the mounting service is $50 more than the connect service, so I paid him $50 cash. I later found out that the "TV Connect and Setup 55” and Smaller" and "Basic TV Mount Service" are the same exact price... $119.99 as a beta member. They did a good job with the installation, but I can't help but feel I got cheated out of $50. TLDR: before paying extra, double check that the up-charge is actually correct...

The TV has such a wonderful clear picture and is easy to operate.

From carrying in the TV; un-boxing; updating all software; setting up our cable; programming the remote; testing the set-up; and teaching us all the features, and more, the GeekSquad Agents were superb. The gentlemen were consummate professionals. We could not have been happier. This service is worth every cent!
