Justin G. and Maria C. (Geek Squad) from Garden State Plaza store set up/installed my big screen TV and surround sound system. Wow! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. But they were also patient, listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions. Kind of like having a family member doing the setup.

The agent moved and hauled away my old tv set up my new one and all of my peripherals that l had connected to my old one. Truly professional wish l got his name l wouldve truly meantioned his name

Wanted 6 TV /Monitors installed in new office. Scheduling was not difficult and was fully explained inside the store. Pricing was very reasonable. I had some concrete walls but the team showed up with tools already in their truck to perform. They cleaned up very good as they were leaving. Walk-Around after work was done was very professional.

The Geek Squad agents connected my new TV and scanned in all of the television channels. Everything went fast and easy. This was a replacement TV and they delivered the new one and took away the old one.

the installers delivered my tv and dvd player and set everything up and programmed everything to operate with my existing equipment and then explained how to operate my new equipment. let alone that as they stepped in the door, they put booties on to prevent anything from coming off their feet and to protect my floor.

These guys are the best. Delivered, installed, setup and took the old set. Very helpful in connecting HDMI with older RCA units. Very knowledgeable and great to work with.

I have five receivers in my home, I needed them all to be connected to U-verse and the TVs individually. The service was good as all the installations and connections were made by (Geek Squad). Although I need one more of them to be wireless, to hide the cable we are getting by with it now. All in all satisfied with the home TV connect procedures.

The geek squad installer advised me how to protect my new TV because it is close to my AC. He moved the table where the TV was placed and adjusted the swivel stand so that there would be no condensation touching the TV. He also told me what cable to buy so that the TV image would fill the entire screen.

Very professional and knowledge to help us old people out we have never had a smart t.v. Also to haul away our huge old 65 inch. They explained everything so clear. Also very clean wore their masks and made us feel safe during this pandemic! Thank you agin great job!

Their team delivered it on time, not like most that say a time and come hours later. They expertly put the tv on the wall and set it up for my daughter who has been enjoying it since.

Geek squad was great. They delivered and set up our NEW LG OLED tv quickly and expertly. Showed us how the new system worked. Set up all our existing controls and Bluetooth devices so they worked with the new tv.

Delivered and mounted on my tv stand. Set up cable box and answered all my questions. I have a small Roku in a bedroom from a few years ago and they waited while all channels were downloaded and worked. Connected via ethernet instead of wi-fi. Removed all packaging and moved my 120lb. plasma to another room.

The crew that came out to install our 85" TV were great. We were their last stop for the day. They seemed surprised but happy it was going on a stand and not the wall. They took extra time to help connect our home theatre system and made sure everything was working before they left.

The Agent was great. In this new world of protection from Covid-19 the Agent had on mask, gloves and covers for his shoes. I very much appreciated this level of care. He set up my TV very quickly and took time to answer all my questions and explained all the features of the TV.
