The installers were unbelievably professional and they were the reason I bought the sonos products after the installation of my new TV. They were respectful of my home leaving it clean and neat as they found it upon arrival. They didn't leave until everything was perfect and i knew how to work all the items!!!!

They did an awesome job installing. Two gentlemen came, carried the TV in and installed it with no problems. Really saved the back and by using the Geek Squad you know it's being done right. I highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

The TV set up is great for those who cannot do it themselves or do not feel like doing it themselves. Reconnecting your TV to the cable/satellite or whatever can be frustrating even if it is not confusing. In my particular case, it was just nice to have someone else do it as they mounted the TV for my mother while I was at work.

The quality of this 4K Sony 80 K HD TV is excellent in terms of picture and sound quality. The 65 “ version is perfect for our large master bedroom. I highly recommend this product.

Geek squad put together the TV stand. Cleaned up and removed boxes when done. Came back the next day with the TV. Connected the TV to DVR, router and DVD player. Wires all neatly bundled with ties behind the stand. Cleaned up all boxes and also hauled away the old TV. Explained the remote and Smart TV operation.

My house is SMALL and the agents got the huge TV in and set up, got all my devices hooked up, and got everything running beautifully. Great job!

The agent brought the tv to me, put on booties before entering, assembled the tv and set up all the controls and just as courteously made sure we knew how to use the controls and made sure we were satisfied before leaving.

The 2 Geek Squad techs did a great job installing my new 75 inch tv. They set up everything on 1 remote controller. They took the time to explain all of the tv's functions - in plain English not in tech talk!

They arrived as scheduled. Professional with the setup, gave me a tutorial, answered all my questions. They even moved my old TV to an upstairs room. Would’ve been even better if Best Buy took the TVs box and packing materials to recycle - they don’t offer this service.
