    Our Tech, Alex, was fantastic! He arrived on time and got the TV installed and set up very quickly. He also instructed me on how a few things worked and gave me the confidence to "play" with the TV and not worry about harming it. I'm not techie at all, but he never lost patience and took the time to make sure I understood his guidance. I was regretting the installation, knowing that I knew nothing but, Alex was so professional and personable he made the experience fun.

    There’s no way I could have figured out how to set up the TV. The Geek Squad had it up and running in 10 minutes. So many channels, all from an antenna in the rafters. DONT ATTEMPT THIS YOURSELF

    Recent back surgery prevented me from lifting anything over 5 pounds. My bedroom TV stopped working, so I needed a new TV, needed it quickly and needed it assembled and set up in my room. The Best Buy Connect and Setup service was what I needed and it seemed reasonably priced. I ordered my new Samsung flat screen and setup service at 7:00 PM. The site prompted me to select a setup date and time. Much to my surprise, an appointment window was available from 8:00-noon the very next day. Once I completed my purchase, I received email confirmation of the sale and setup appointment. I received another confirmation and phone call the next morning, telling me the tech was on the way. The technician also called me to let me know that he was 15 minutes away. Upon arrival, the tech set up my TV in a very professional manner, taking care not to damage anything. He spent a lot of time reviewing the operation of the TV, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. He also left his personal cell phone number, should we have any additional questions or problems. We were very pleased with the entire purchase and installation process.

    Geek squad came out to install projector. They called 30 minutes before arrival. Came on time. But quickly noticed that they did not have the right equity to install. Made arrangements to come out again. We were very pleased with the service and installation. We’ve had installation done by geek squad 3 times. Every one was good, but this was the best!

    Their team delivered it on time, not like most that say a time and come hours later. They expertly put the tv on the wall and set it up for my daughter who has been enjoying it since.

    I wanted more instruction on operation snd how to change settings like sound bar has too much background noise. The other TV moved closed caption on and have been unable to delete.

    The service I received wasn't Geek Squad but an outside contractor. Regardless of that he did an excellent job. Called me to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived my TV was unboxed, assembled and set up quickly without any problems. The guy was really nice as well. Well worth the price paid.

    I had 2 TV's installed at our home. The first time was a 5 star experience. I believe the installers were from Best Buy / Geek Squad, and they were extremely courteous and professional. My most recent experience was a stark difference from the first. Regarding the latest TV installation, the installers were 3rd party installers (not Best Buy / Geek Squad). I ordered a TV mount of a 50" TV. When they arrived, the lead installer informed me that the incorrect service was book. What was booked was "TV Connect and Setup 55” and Smaller" but what we needed was "Basic TV Mount Service." So, the installer told me that the mounting service is $50 more than the connect service, so I paid him $50 cash. I later found out that the "TV Connect and Setup 55” and Smaller" and "Basic TV Mount Service" are the same exact price... $119.99 as a beta member. They did a good job with the installation, but I can't help but feel I got cheated out of $50. TLDR: before paying extra, double check that the up-charge is actually correct...

    Very happy with Josh ( Josh D I think ) the way he took care of everything and helped with a few issues . I'd highly reccomend the Geek Squad and Josh in particular to everyone !
