The agents set up our TV, sound bar and DVD Player. They were very efficient and explained everything and made sure we knew how to work everything. The crew was fun to talk to and they really are good at their work.

Extremely happy with my new LG 2021 TV. This is my 2nd LG TV. Great picture and great sound. You don’t need a sound bar. Geek Squad made the process so easy for me. They also explained how to use the remote. All I had to do was enjoy my new tv.

The installers removed the 11 year old tv and followed up by installing the new smart tv along with all of our accessories. They answered all of our questions along the process.

The gal who came and set up our new TV was awesome. She really knew what she was doing and told us a couple of times how to work the remote. The TV has great color and we arevery happy with it.

As above: they were on time, they totally re-arranged the birds-nest of wires - no problem whatsoever. everything was working when they finished however, they never appeared to be on a tight schedule. Their attitude seemed to be "your our customer and we want you to be comfortable and knowledgeable". What more could I ask for?

The GeekSquad provided great service. They worked quickly, very thorough and kept me informed when they were on their way, unlike the third party contractors who came the first time.

Installation of the new television went well, but had to wait until I got my cable box so I could enjoy my new TV. I now have my cable box and all is well. Geek Squad always comes through for me. I call them often concerning computer issues and they always resolve my problem. So grateful!!

Ordinarily I enjoy installing my audio and video equipment for myself. I really don't have very elaborate setups. But my new 65" TV is just a bit too much for me to handle alone. The BB installation crew was fast and courteous, proving that "practice makes perfect".

I’m a Geek Squad booster and the guys who delivered and installed and connected my tv to my Bose Lifestyle system did so expertly and professionally leaving nothing to be desired. As usual, I was very favorably impressed

I used the Geek Squad to deliver and install a new TV. A third party installer was used. He called and arrived earlier then expected and set up was quite quick and easy. The only issue was that the sales man had put in to have a 2 man crew come to remove my old TV and only one guy showed up, that's why I didn't give a 5 star review. He was able to remove the old TV by himself with my help, so all ended up going OK.
