Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad service delivered, unpacked and installed my TV Quickly and set everything up and cleaned up the box and the wrappings and was on his way........showed me how to use the remote and answered questions........Very patient and courteous! Thank you........

TV setup was great

He took care to ask if we understood many times throughout the process. When he left the house, we wouldn't have known he had been here except for the beautiful new TV.

As they proceeded in mounting and programming the television, they explained what they were doing. In addition they showed me how to interact with the programming.

Setup of tv

I always have my tv purchases setup by Bestbuy so that we can determine if there are any problems with the tv right away. Fortunately everything was fine.

TV Connect and Setup

He was very knowledgeable. I didn't have the TV mounted on the wall, so setup was quick. The Whalen cabinet wasn't as friendly to him. But he was very nice and patient. I would recommend him.
