Ordinarily I enjoy installing my audio and video equipment for myself. I really don't have very elaborate setups. But my new 65" TV is just a bit too much for me to handle alone. The BB installation crew was fast and courteous, proving that "practice makes perfect".

The techs moved my TV from the Great Room to my bedroom and set it up. Then they proceeded to set up my new 75" Samsung that I purchased from another supplier and connected it to all my devices and positioned it where I wanted it on the console. Before leaving the very knowledgeable tech made sure it was working properly and showed me ALL about the new remote control and how to use it (that was an accomplishment in itself!). Took all the packaging with them and I couldn't be happier with the finished job. They showed up on time and the whole experience was pleasurable. Thanks!

They did a great job. For our limited knowledge of setting TV up ourselves, so worth having Geek Squad doing it all for you. Took care of programming TV to our U-Verse remote as well. We've run into issues before so It's worth every penny to have Greek Squad handle it.

I bought my Samsung TV online after doing product research. Arranged for delivery and removal of previous TV; date, time, etc. were confirmed and updated every step of the way. Geek Squad technician was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and instructive. Entire purchase, delivery and setup process was seamless. Very satisfied.

I had the Geek Squad do a free home assessment of all my technology. They were great in answering all my questions. They subsequently brought out my new TV and did all the setup, installation, and integration with my computer network for streaming. This is the first time I have used their home services and it was well worth it.
