The agent installed my new TV and connected all components, ensuring everything worked. He also moved and installed my existing TV in a separate location. He was professional, friendly and meticulous, highly recommended.

Geek squads Troy is ALWAYS professional . He is polite always on time and is knowledgeable on all types tech installs. He takes his time to set it up right and explains in detail how to operate the items!!

Geek Squad set up TV and hauled away boxes. They made it look easy but TV with stand weighed about 100 pounds. Not so easy if you are not young. Very professional and personable. They offered to stay as long as necessary to set things up on the TV logins, channel setup, answer any questions etc.

The installers were great - friendly. Loved their job. Received call prior to arrival - and went to another warehouse to get our TV, since records showed did not have again!

I probably could have hooked up everything ( TV, Direct TV, Soundbar, Blue Ray player) my self, but decided NOT to devote a full Saturday to doing it. So I paid for (1/2 price) installation by the Geeks. Unpacked the TV & got it all done perfectly in no time at all. Plus, he was a really nice guy!! Thanks!

The agents set up my tv, made connections to devices, then personalized the settings for me. Also explained how to use controls and other options on the tv.

They came on time, set the TV up, took the old broken one away. They seemed to know what they were doing,,,and were quick in doing their job.

Everything was setup nicely for our new LG CX tv. Was nervous about unboxing and setting up ourselves given the 75 lb weight. Everything was properly hooked up, and apps setup for use. Takes a lot of the pain of switching TVs away.

Our 55 inch set was mounted on a console. The set up and installation was quick. We had three devices connected to the set. The tech, Chris went over the controls and other important information. I recommend to use the Geek Squad, if you require installation services.

The Geek Squad men were personable and professional and did a good job hooking up my new TV and connecting it to my old DVD player and explaining how to work that. They removed the packing boxes and all was well.

Geek squad unpacked my new TV and quickly set it up. Removed all packing and cleaned up very well. Linked the new remote to the TV and quickly got things up and running. Linked the set to Internet so I could use streaming services. Job well done.

I wish there were more stars we could give this team that came out to complete the set up of of our new 4K TV and Roku. They even came back to finish programming our remote after the 1st visit, as we needed to go purchase some cables to make our existing sound system work properly with the Roku. Lots of great things to say about these guys.

On the first scheduled in-home service the Geek Squad individual never showed up during the scheduled window of time. In fact, I had to call the Best Buy where I purchased my Sony TV Just to find out where the technician was. I received a call from the technician about an hour later saying he was running late and wanted to come to my house around 3:30 PM, I told him no, he had missed his window by 2.5 hours and I am not waiting all day. The technician should have called to let me know he was running later vs me having to find out where he was after the fact. The second scheduled visit went well. A different technician out of a different store did a good job of checking the set-up I did on my own since the first tech never showed. The second tech was super, however, I don’t think the 49.00 fee was worth it since I did the work, otherwise I would not have had a TV for over 10 days. I forget the first techs name that didn’t show on the first scheduled visit, but I also never received any feedback as to why he blew off the appointment from the management I spoke to at the store.

I am far from patient when it comes to setting up electronics; that’s where the guy and gals from the Geek Squad come in. No frustration, no swearing, no broken parts…just a few minutes and the Geeks got you covered.
