The Geek Squad installer was very helpful. He was efficient, respectful and did a very good job in a short time.

Installers connected our TV, connected other items to TV and gave us a good explanation of how to use the remote!

Geek Squad TV setup was well worth the cost. They were courteous, careful in their work, patient, and efficient. They said when they would arrive and they arrived at that time. They answered all questions and showed us some things we would have otherwise not learned. Geek Squad - Best Buy is a great combination.

They did an awesome job installing. Two gentlemen came, carried the TV in and installed it with no problems. Really saved the back and by using the Geek Squad you know it's being done right. I highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

I had the agent connect up my new TV and he got everything working perfectly. He even tweaked some of the settings to be a bit more pleasant/friendlier for the room.
