The agents were highly skilled for doing the installation of the new TV and Sonos sound bar. They rather expected that we (senior citizens) to understand wifi controls of the new objects for installation. So when we had to change wifi services the Sonos sound system disappeared, and since there were no manuals left, We now are relegated to use the TV speakers and the sound bar is a decoration. I refuse to pay to have the sound bar reinstalled. The installers picked up all the papers and packing materials, and I have had to use the internet to discover all the attributes of the television. Really would be nice to have had a follow-up call or visit to see if we understood all the new functions available to us with the new technology. Sadly they install and run. I recommend them for the install, but for the teaching and familiarization of the newly installed equipment, I do not recommend these young techs.

Knowing I couldn't personally handle a 65" TV, I felt it was my best option. I can't say I was happy with the price but 2 guys delivered and set my whole system up in 30 mins and EVERYTHING WORKS!! Not even a tiny bit of frustration! The guys were fantastic!

The Team removed and replaced my Wall Mount TV and hooked everything up and ensured everything was in working order before leaving. No Mess was left behind.

Geek squad installed t v and hooked up my devices (TIVO box and new SONY blu-ray player) only hitch was they didn't quite explain how to use the damnd thing, I'm a little slow, so some coaching would have helped,but, other than that, excellent install!!!!

I had ordered two tvs and wanted the geek squad to install. One of the tv's was badly damaged and they were able to get another with little effort. I had to wait a couple days but the room was not ready anyway. they did a great job in setting up and am very pleased.

Nice tv and quality picture. Also the sound is pretty good. The only down side is the feet to hold up tv on a stand, could use more support, living in California this is extremely important.

It took two attempts to get a functional TV installed. This was a Mother’s Day gift and meant to be a stress free gift. However, the first TV failed after two days which was not the technicians issue per se, but after further checking, the TV installed was a returned TV! It took several hours of phone work to get her setup with a new TV setup and delivery. This was apparently more arduous because the TV was purchased online rather than in store. It took an additional two weeks before her new TV was delivered and the installers did not manage to fully accomplish their task, though they did try. They were unable to program her remote to be compatible with the TV, a task that took me two minutes when I was able to go and visit her. The instructions were right in the manual. Also, they installed the TV stand incorrectly.
TV is now working great and she really likes it but the process was not quite the stress free gift it should have been, primarily due to the installation process. I will not purchase online again, nor will I pay for installation.
