We had the Geek Squad come in to set up our Home Theater Entertainment - Sony 65" TV, sound bar, Blu-ray player for one remote to work everything. They did an awesome job. These are the people who know what they are doing and can make everything work perfectly. We are so glad we had them hook up everything. Thanks Geek Squad!!

The Geek squad was very professional and arrived within the time period arranged and phoned when they were 20 min out. Very courteous and cleaned up before they left. They also showed my functions of my new tv and sound bar made sure I had no questions before the left and gave me a contact number should questions or concerns arrive.

Our technician came on time and installed our new television, soundbar, and associated equipment. He also connected the new television to our DVD player. He patiently explained to my wife and me how to use the television and navigate between the regular channels and Netflix.

The two techs arrived on time. They unpacked the new 70in Samsung TV. Hooked it up with my existing Bose sound bar and cable box. Old TV and boxes hauled away. Within 30 mins I had an up and working correctly, new unit!

I have no real issues or serious complaints with the Best Buy TV Set Up.
It was actually done through a 3rd Party.
The only thing I noticed they may have accidentally took with them one of my HDMI cables and the Remote from the Other TV that I had here that I was replacing.
I guess they might have gotten things confused with everything when they set up everything and when they were connecting everything.
There was so much of the Package Matereral everywhere.
I am giving them the benefit of the doubt here, but I honestly cannot say what actually happened to my devices.
I do know because of what happened I would NOT want them to ever come back here again.
They did make me feel extremely rushed and kept trying to get me to sign their digital form before they were even finished.
I felt extremely uncomfortable about that.
They were aware of me being Disabled and Having 4 Traumatic Brain Injuries that occurred during my Military Service.
Just to add I have been a Customer of Best Buy for over 20 Years.
