    Initially I was not impressed with the picture on my new Samsung. The Geek Squad had delivered and set it up so I assumed all was as it should be. Eventually I got an on screen message that the resolution was not correct and had to reset it to the highest from the lowest. There was a tremendous improvement! It has a few quirks that I am learning to live with though. This morning I found it turned on and set to "setup". The cable box was not on. I managed to fix that and turn it off but 10 minutes later it was on again, this time to TV. More often this will happen, sometimes when I am watching a program, and an its landing of choice is the DVD blue ray player. No one else is here except the cat and she does not know how to use the remote. It can be spooky! I was happy to have the Geek Squad here to set up the TV because at 86 even moving such a large TV is impossible for me It was worth the $150 to have someone else take care of it...I just wish they hadn't left a gremlin here with it!

    The Danvers, MA. Geek Squad arrived on time. Installed my Samsung Smart TV and accessories perfectly. Explained how to operate my new TV; answered all my questions. Removed all packing material and contacted me the following day to learn if I had any additional questions. Would definitely use this service again.

    We had two men - one was in training. Both were friendly, polite, knowledgeable. They set up a new TV, and relocated the old one to another location. Always pleased with the service from Geek Squad. Well worth the money to avoid the hassle of trying to figure it out on our own.

    2 Geek Squad members who came to deliver and hook up my big screen were very professional and very clean. They explained every technicality to me and cleaned up all paper and cardboard when they left. I am very happy and will always use Geek Squad.

    Efficient, polite, conscientious, capable! They made sure that the TV was protected from tipping over (cats who jump onto the entertainment center), and explained everything thoroughly. In addition to the TV set up, they set up my (30-days free) Sling Account. I was very impressed with these people.

    My Geek Squad agent Daniel thoroughly integrated, demonstrated and explained the use of my TV and audio equipment with the Harmony Elite RF remote that he customized to my personal specifications. He has a great ability to make the complex seem simple. If I were starting my own business Daniel would be my first employee.

    When they finally got here, installers did a nice job. Three rescheduled appointments made purchasing the tv rather anti- climatic & our college football review didnt happen

    I have a bad back and opted for the the free setup and delivery offered with the tv I purchased. The guys were right on time. They were knowledgeable and professional and got to work. They set up my new tv ran all the cables and wires and programmed the set. They answered all my questions and even took the trash! Nice

    They arrived as scheduled. Professional with the setup, gave me a tutorial, answered all my questions. They even moved my old TV to an upstairs room. Would’ve been even better if Best Buy took the TVs box and packing materials to recycle - they don’t offer this service.
