set up was fast and complete, connecting all of my components and taking time to explain how to access all of them. I will never again set up my own tv again, they made it so easy!!

The TV arrived on schedule. They quickly set up the Sony TV and all connections. They spent quality time to give clear instructions on the use of the remote and the navigation of both the TV and the Roku device added to the system.

The Geek Squad came when promised, were very professional and efficient. They answered my questions, connected my various devices, and demonstrated how to operate my new television. And when they were finished, they cleaned up and took the packing materials with them. These guys are the best!

I can’t say enough about the in home service during the setup of my new 82” LG TV. Set up and running in less than an hour. They also took my onl Sony rear projection to recycle for a total of $49.99 with Total Tech Support.

Geek Squad was exceptional, knowledgeable, worked with precision as a team. Provided instructions after set up on operating. Answered questions with care. They had a genuine interest in my being happy with the outcome.

didn't give much instruction. They should have reviewed how the remote works and what adjustments can be made in picture and sound. This is a pretty complex TV and it wasn't cheap, doesn't even come with an instruction book.

The original person and his partner were very polite and helpful, but unfortunately were not able to to connect my TV's to my WI-Fi. So then came Kenny to the rescue !!! He was brilliant, knew where to access the right passwords, bestowed a wealth of knowledge about tech things to me and EVEN figured out that by moving my cordless landline phone away from my router I would get much better wi-fi reception. He went above and beyond to help me. He even programed my Amazon Prime into my TV's. Kenny saved the day !! Thank You Kenny, I appreciate everything you did for me !!!

The technician arrived on time. The setup was quick and easy no mess left behind. He had all the tools needed to get the job done. He had an answer to all my questions.

The 2 geek squad associates did a fantastic job setting up the TV. They did a good job putting the TV stand together. They were friendly and did a great job explaining how to use the TV. We appreciated their service very much.

The agents mounted my tv and were very professional and friendly. Although this was their third time out due to a mix up.

Damieco was super great. I had multiple issues trying to get my tv delivered and installed scheduled together. My installation was scheduled before my tv was going to be delivered. She rearranged her schedule so I could get my tv installed.

The delivery and set-up was excellent. (I should have asked them to leave the box so I could have returned the tv and ordered a different one).

Dennis drove in right on time. He was friendly and went right to work. Things went off without a hitch , which is rare in my life. It was really a good service call.

The installer called in advance as promised & was on time. He installed the tv & connected to tv service, bluray, soundbar & home network. He didn't leave until we were satisfied that everything was working properly.

I recommend other Best Buy customers to let geek squad to set up TV and also Connect your TV. I recommend friends and family to do the same. Very professional and polite…. Thank You, geek squad
