I have a bad back and opted for the the free setup and delivery offered with the tv I purchased. The guys were right on time. They were knowledgeable and professional and got to work. They set up my new tv ran all the cables and wires and programmed the set. They answered all my questions and even took the trash! Nice

They arrived as scheduled. Professional with the setup, gave me a tutorial, answered all my questions. They even moved my old TV to an upstairs room. Would’ve been even better if Best Buy took the TVs box and packing materials to recycle - they don’t offer this service.

The person unpacked and set up our TV, He was very professional and efficient. He was third party, installer, however the Geek Squad could not have been better/

The geek squad that installed my tv was great. Customer service skills was excellent. They set-up my tv and explained everything in detail to me. They made sure the picture was set just right.

Initial tv unboxing and set up took no time at all even though I though the cost for the service was a bit over priced. However, installer said that my sound system was not compatible with my new Samsung tv and left. After doing my own further research and talking to a Magnolia Best Buy representative who had over30 years experience, that was not the case. So following his advice I requested that the Geek Squad return to complete the sound setup since I had already paid for the service. Took the tech over an hour and several attempts but was finally able to find the correct connection to finish the job.

Salim and Osama did a great job. The stand we purchased didn't work for our TV and they happened to have one in their truck that would work.

Your installation staff is the best. They did a great job installing the equipment and a better job of explaining what they were doing and why. Too bad Best Buy can't come up with a phone system that works as well.

The Geek Squad person swapped out damaged tv for new one and reset all the settings. He removed all packaging and left area clean. He also coordinated the remotes and confirmed the ATT TV device. Was a very personable and helpful person.

The agent mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices.

Brian Herring did our second install and was wonderful. He did so many extra details that he did not have to do. His knowledge was also very valuable.
