This is such a great service for luddites like me. When the installer was done, every one of my streaming services, sound, and bluray, were set up and working seamlesly.

The installers were very efficient. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. They were very helpful and instructed me on what I needed to do to change from Cable to streaming.

I did not use The Geek Squad, but a team of two from Best Buy delivered and helped me set up a new 77" Sony TV. They were extremely considerate and helpful and a pleasure to work with.

The delivery and set up agents were the best! Brianna was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in explaining all aspects of the new tv I purchased as well as answering any questions. Her helper was also extremely friendly.

2-person team installed a tv wall mount and had our new tv ready to use in about 20 minutes. They texted me when they were on their way; arrived on time; and wore booties to cover their shoes before entering my home, which I really appreciated. The team was friendly, courteous and respected my home. For instance, they vacuumed up the minimal amount of dust that resulted from drilling holes in the wall for the tv mount, and they took the empty boxes and packing material with them. I was very impressed.

The installation service was the best! The rep called fist and was very professional and efficient! I would recommend him for sure. He called the office regarding a needed change in the install request, it was seamless.

They came to install my new Samsung TV. They were prompt and knew what they were talking about. We hit a snag in installation and they were able to give me the exact steps I would need to do in order to fix the problem. I followed their instructions and the TV works great. Having the Geek Squad set up my new TV and existing sound system was the best $99 I ever spent. Delivery was a breeze and the squad was very professional. Took their time to walk us through the use of the TV and remotes since we have Direct TV also. Customized the home screen to our needs.
