Geek Squad was awesome. They came in and were done quickly. No mess and very informative. The service was professional and reliable. We appreciate them making a confusing set up understandable and easy to use once they were done. I would recommend them to friends and family. Also noted to be a reasonable cost.

Mr. Miguel and Mr.Joe were the people who came to install my T.V. They were so professional. Mr. Miguel called me the previous day and confirmed the situation as he did not want any surprises. Next day he called me again and gave me a time and reached exactly at the same time as updated. They made sure they covered their shoes so that the floor does not get dirty. Upon my request they got the installed 85 inches T.V. down so that I could make my adjustments as needed.They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Hats off Mr.Miguel and Mr. Joe for the outstanding C.S. Employees like you guys are keeping business running.

Geek Squad offered great communications in advance about exactly when they'd show up, and they were on time. Squad member was pleasant, well informed, and quickly set up television, connected it to internet and DVD, and took away old set. He was very clear in explaining everything. Well worth the cost.

2-person team installed a tv wall mount and had our new tv ready to use in about 20 minutes. They texted me when they were on their way; arrived on time; and wore booties to cover their shoes before entering my home, which I really appreciated. The team was friendly, courteous and respected my home. For instance, they vacuumed up the minimal amount of dust that resulted from drilling holes in the wall for the tv mount, and they took the empty boxes and packing material with them. I was very impressed.

I needed to add bluetooth to my audio system. I bought a bluetooth adapter to add to my old Denon based system. The Geek Squad sent Elvis to install it and after a few minutes it was clear I needed a new receiver and Bluray player in order to do what I wanted. Elvis very clearly proposed a new Marantz along with a new Bluray player to truly update my sound system. Elvis went away and created a quote to do everything i needed. Best Buy took back the new adapter I had purchased. Elvis broke it all down into very easy to understand steps. He ordered all the new gear and a week later brought it all to my home and with the greatest of gentleness he installed it all. The instructions were perfect. He is the best teacher. The new Logitec Harmony universal remote is allowing my wife to operate the whole system for the first time in 16 years. She is ecstatic. Elvis is our new Hero forever.
