The delivered and installed my tv. They were thorough and careful during installation

Did an excellent job of connecting everything and explaining how that works?

The Geek Squad did a great job of setting up and optimizing all of the capabilities of our new tv. More importantly, they answered all questions and never indicated that they were in a hurry to leave until we were satisfied. They even responded a few days later with a visit to help with some confusion on our part.

Desmond did a great job. He was fast and friendly, and explained everything he was doing while doing it. Didn't take him long to have me understanding how to use the new system the way I wanted it.

They set my TV on my new stand and connected all the components. They checked out the TV and made sure everything worked. They connected the TV to my network. They were very friendly and helpful.

Your agents, all three of them, were most helpful and efficient at setting-up our new tv and getting it operational for us.

I combined this with setting up my Bose audio system, and other components. As I posted earlier this is an easy setup and could likely have done myself. This was a real turnkey operation. In and out in less than an hour everything working fine

Kurt with Tech2Call was great. His installation of my new TV was completed promptly and efficiently. I already had a home theater sound system for my old TV and Kurt connected the new TV to the sound system with no problem. He got the new TV set up and running, showed me its features and answered my many questions. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. The service he provided was excellent and I was completely satisfied.

The agents wall mounted my TV and helped me with setup. They were helpful and got the work done quickly.

I love the service, a teem of girls came to instal my TV in the wall. Was fast,easy and clean, no mess at all. I have no idea all I can do wiit the service. Thank u
