The technician was excellent. He set up my TV and did a great job of explaining things to me. I had a couple of general questions about other TV's and he answered those also.

Geek squad will here as scheduled. Did a great job and setting my TV up and showing me how to use. Did have to call in with a question later, because I forgot everything we talked about. Very friendly to me.

Ordinarily I enjoy installing my audio and video equipment for myself. I really don't have very elaborate setups. But my new 65" TV is just a bit too much for me to handle alone. The BB installation crew was fast and courteous, proving that "practice makes perfect".

Good size for living room and good quality television set.

This is an updated version of the tv I purchased from Best Buy 9 years go. I am very pleased with this version, as the color and the detail is an improvement from my old set. I am very loyal to Sony televisions, and this version has lived up to my expectations, I also paid $1000 less for this version than the one I bought previously, so this is a win-win for me.

They did a great job. For our limited knowledge of setting TV up ourselves, so worth having Geek Squad doing it all for you. Took care of programming TV to our U-Verse remote as well. We've run into issues before so It's worth every penny to have Greek Squad handle it.

Geek Squad associates did an excellent job mounting my Sony TV on the provided Sanus stand. They also wired it into my existing home theater audio equipment and set everything up. It was a thoroughly professional job and I am very pleased.

The agent came and removed my old heavy tv and hooked up my new tv and dvd player. He was great. He even programmed everything for me and showed me hot to use the apps. Great. He wore a mask and was respectful of social distance.
