Geek Squad did a great job of setting up my 55” tv including removing the huge, old tv, assembly of tv stand, adding sound bar and wire management. Quick, clean and efficient!

I needed to add bluetooth to my audio system. I bought a bluetooth adapter to add to my old Denon based system. The Geek Squad sent Elvis to install it and after a few minutes it was clear I needed a new receiver and Bluray player in order to do what I wanted. Elvis very clearly proposed a new Marantz along with a new Bluray player to truly update my sound system. Elvis went away and created a quote to do everything i needed. Best Buy took back the new adapter I had purchased. Elvis broke it all down into very easy to understand steps. He ordered all the new gear and a week later brought it all to my home and with the greatest of gentleness he installed it all. The instructions were perfect. He is the best teacher. The new Logitec Harmony universal remote is allowing my wife to operate the whole system for the first time in 16 years. She is ecstatic. Elvis is our new Hero forever. He diagnosed our needs and came up with the perfect solution. Please send Elvis our highest rating.

The tv was delivered in good shape and hooked up effectively. I always have my tv purchases setup by Bestbuy so that we can determine if there are any problems with the tv right away. Fortunately everything was fine.

Technician analyzed our situation, we discussed options, completed installation and then discussed technical issue with the TV itself. The technician informed on how to proceed with utilizing our extended warranty. Very useful information and was very pleased with the service.

I always rely on the Geek Squad because I know they will get the job done and it all works. Very cost effective in that you don't waste hours of time trying to figure it out.

Great service setting up my tv and hauling the old one away

My TV with swivel stand was assembled and connections to cable and Roku were completed. The agent answered many questions for me and guided me through the menu so I had an understanding of all menus. All packing materials were neatly removed and my 14 year old TV safely removed. Money well spent! Thank you!!

Jessie and his partner came and set up our new home theater system. They came early, were professional, nice, and a pleasure to have in our home. They worked for 2 hours setting it all up, testing everything then taking lots of time to explain everything to us. The best $150 I have spent. Thanks guys.

The installer (RJ) did a fine job with the new TV. However, the person who was supposed to come here to remove the old TV called and said he'd be here in 40 minutes. That was Wednesday - it is now Saturday and we still have the old TV.

I've used the geek squad before and haven't always been thrilled. The two gentlemen who came were very professional and helpful. They got my TV set up and programmed to my surround sound system in no time. They even improved my settings and gave me some good advice. I was pleased with them and their service.

I am very happy that I had the Geek Squad come out to set up my new UHD TV and my DVD and Blu-ray combo. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. The install was quick and painless and I paid an additional small fee for them to haul my old tube TV away. Their services were well worth the investment!
