The geek squad member unboxed and installed my new tv

Geek squad setup was great. Arrived on time with TV. Setup up and tested TV. Added our blu-ray, Chromecast, firestick and cable to HDMI ports. Tested all functions of HDMI equipment and WiFi signals. Explained all features of TV. No problems since setup 30 days ago. Been watching lots of HD movies,, it's super!!

They were there after the install to complete wheat he initial guys did not and they are hired outside of best buy and out of their control as a vender. Geek Squad were there so fast!!!!Great Job and for the money and 5 years coverage...it cant be beat for what they do

Terrance came on time and showed me how to attach device to TV so that I can play my DVD’s and Videos. He also checked my cd player. Excellent service.

Jeff of the Geek Squad did a fantastic job delivering and setting up our new LG TV, speaker system and remotes.

The installer arrived on time, unattached and removed the old set, installed the new one, and reattached the DVD. He took the time to make sure all components were working together, before showing me the features on this next generation TV. He answered all my questions, and told me to call anytime.

I realize I am not a tech genius, so I am glad I chose to have the experts set everything up. We have come a long way from just plugging in the TV, so it was better to have it done right the first time and be fully efficient. The techs were knowledgeable and patient to make sure we were ready to use this TV on our own.

The agent did a great job explaining and setting up our new LG TV. He took care to ask if we understood many times throughout the process. When he left the house, we wouldn't have known he had been here except for the beautiful new TV.

OMG, it was so worth having the Geek set up my 55” TV and sound bar. Then when I made the comment that I was going to have 1 more remote to deal with - he told me about the Logi remote that takes care of everything!! He then sat down and programmed it and trained me on it. So much easier 4 remotes.

The Geek Squad, in particular and not the subcontracted technicians, were the heroes with installing and connecting my equipment. Explained how it worked in plain english. Good experience and were quick and effective.

On 6/25/18, the Geek Squad came & set up my TV. My living room was as clean after they left as it was before they got here. They came very early. It was @ least 2 hours before the appointment time. I bought furniture from a store here. Unlike Geek Squad, they didn't clean up after themselves.

The Best Buy store in Waterloo, Iowa installed this TV at my mother's home. She said they showed up on time, installed everything, and carried out the old dead TV and boxes. She was very pleased!

The agent set up my TV and was very helpful in getting an existing problem resolved.

Our old tv was disconnected and the new tv was set up on our stand. All the cables were connected and hidden behind the stand. They explained with great detail how to use our new remote and also helped to set up our streaming apps. We are very pleased with the service

The original person and his partner were very polite and helpful, but unfortunately were not able to to connect my TV's to my WI-Fi. So then came Kenny to the rescue !!! He was brilliant, knew where to access the right passwords, bestowed a wealth of knowledge about tech things to me and EVEN figured out that by moving my cordless landline phone away from my router I would get much better wi-fi reception. He went above and beyond to help me. He even programed my Amazon Prime into my TV's. Kenny saved the day !! Thank You Kenny, I appreciate everything you did for me !!!

This Agent knew EXACTLY what I wanted and needed and PROVIDED IT! He is who everyone in this business should learn from. My Sony A80J now has better sound and picture quality than ever before.
