The agents were highly skilled for doing the installation of the new TV and Sonos sound bar. They rather expected that we (senior citizens) to understand wifi controls of the new objects for installation. So when we had to change wifi services the Sonos sound system disappeared, and since there were no manuals left, We now are relegated to use the TV speakers and the sound bar is a decoration. I refuse to pay to have the sound bar reinstalled. The installers picked up all the papers and packing materials, and I have had to use the internet to discover all the attributes of the television. Really would be nice to have had a follow-up call or visit to see if we understood all the new functions available to us with the new technology. Sadly they install and run. I recommend them for the install, but for the teaching and familiarization of the newly installed equipment, I do not recommend these young techs.

We purchased our Samsung 65” Tv and Samsung sound bar and decided to have Geek Squad set everything up; great move on our part. Michael H and his sidekick Dillon coordinated everything , came out did the install and walked us through everything we needed. Being 75+ years old; we are not really literate regarding all that needs to be done! These guys were fantastic!!!

This service is great for the non-technical guy like me. They set up the TV, get your apps installed and give you a little tutorial.

The delivery and set up team set up the new tv and hooked up all are extras….sound bar, dvd player, cable box. They even programmed the remote and showed us how to operate it.

The tech moved my smaller tv and sound bar to another room when I purchased a larger set. He was helpful with placement and cleaning up cords. This was a great bonus to have this done.

I had a Geek Squad member, Trent, hook up my TV with all of my components, including Alexa. He was prompt, knowledgeable and spent time explaining how to get the maximum use out of my system. This was especially challenging considering some of the components were older and Alexa is the newest.

I had an initial problem because the base of my new tv was too wide to fit on my cabinet. The Geek squad explained my problem and helped me find the appropriate base on amazon. Then the squad leader arranged (without my needing to do anything) for a follow up visit (at no charge). I couldn’t be happier with the geed squad.
