The Geek Squad people know their stuff. The wire-up and process of inputting the appropriate TV and sound bar settings went smoothly. They even volunteered to set up my wife's phone so images on it could be displayed on the TV screen.

The service setup of my new tv was very professional. It did not take long to get it out of the box and setup in no time. Very professional. Explained a few things in order to understand how it worked. Love my new tv

I had ordered two tvs and wanted the geek squad to install. One of the tv's was badly damaged and they were able to get another with little effort. I had to wait a couple days but the room was not ready anyway. they did a great job in setting up and am very pleased.

We purchased a ViZio TV and sound bar on-line. I also purchased the setup and take away services of the Geek Squad. Scheduling was easy and very timely. The two technicians were at our house as agreed to and took care of setting up our new set and took away the old set. All was handled efficiently.

Geek Squad representatives were great. They spent as much time as needed to set up my new smart TV and the DVD player.

The gentlemen that delivered and installed my TV was friendly, extrememly careful during the setup and very helpful with my questions. I would definitely recommend having Best Buy do the set up. And, the fact that they took my old one away made it that much better (small additional cost).

The tv is perfect for our master bedroom. The delivery person was most efficient and helpful in getting everything connected and in working order.

I am overwhelmed and impressed! Chris Watson, my Geek Squad "friend for life", not only did a great, thorough job setting up and explaining the working of the TV, but he brought me a birthday cake! We ate it together while going over the "how to's" of the TV! I am now a fan and loyal customer!!!

Geek Squad was exceptional, knowledgeable, worked with precision as a team. Provided instructions after set up on operating. Answered questions with care. They had a genuine interest in my being happy with the outcome.

It took two attempts to get a functional TV installed. This was a Mother’s Day gift and meant to be a stress free gift. However, the first TV failed after two days which was not the technicians issue per se, but after further checking, the TV installed was a returned TV! It took several hours of phone work to get her setup with a new TV setup and delivery. This was apparently more arduous because the TV was purchased online rather than in store. It took an additional two weeks before her new TV was delivered and the installers did not manage to fully accomplish their task, though they did try. They were unable to program her remote to be compatible with the TV, a task that took me two minutes when I was able to go and visit her. The instructions were right in the manual. Also, they installed the TV stand incorrectly. TV is now working great and she really likes it but the process was not quite the stress free gift it should have been, primarily due to the installation process. I will not purchase online again, nor will I pay for installation.

Delivered my new tv, set it up, tolerated my forgetting my password, showed me basics. Very happy with the whole thing.
